In my experience on AIM it seems whatever the company the placings are always over subscribed and then people say it wont drop under the pricing place and it inevitably does!

Why does a company list its shares on a stock market? To raise funds simple as that.

Agreed, I think there are now a lot of holders who possibly would think about selling and buying back when there is no RNS. Its a risky business though!
