He's doing what is says on the tin "presenting the poster" as I said he's there to sell it to anyone who shows an interest and enthuse about the data.

I could also surmise that Avacta have side meetings line up to discuss in more detail with those interested but I'll get accused of being a pompom girl.

It gives the poster a certain presence too when such a respected oncologist is there doing the selling. So it's great for Avacta.
