I didn’t say it had reached that value, read my post again.
I was trying to say that it was most likely that MMs were deliberately putting thru duff trades 0, 1 etc at ridiculously high prices.
I’ve seen time and time again streams of trades, 0, 1 etc go thru at value way way above the normal buy price quoted at the time. To the newcomer, would be buyer, it gives the false impression of the share price rocketing, thus forcing them to buy immediately in case it goes up again.
It’s possible the MMs weren’t trying to influence the share price movement but
that is the impression that’s created.
