But I imagine this creates a plethora of stocks that are undervalued in relation to their operational value. Like I said, its due to the plight of city financial that the sp drops; the companies run just the same so recovery, even if long term, should not be to difficult. Anyone with sense should get the share hoover out and wait for city to finish.

SP might take a hit, but city financial going under doesn't change the operations of every company it has holdings in. I'd possibly consider using it as a chance to average down.

Nothing has really happened beyond the finalising of the license. Even if the sp doesnt rocket, its a firm base. I think if/once this partnership starts making achievements then we can expect a further rise. Im thinking about the longer term development.

It's just criminal, keeping it 1/8th of the Nasdaq. I bet many have made millions through arbitrage.
