Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
FCA rather* Although the FDA probably won't care much for it either.
Don't get me wrong, I used to sometimes behave like you when I was 13, but this bulletin board isn't the place for it. Find a Minecraft forum or something (or whatever kids are into these days). And claiming to be able to control a share price is market abuse which isn't looked on fondly by the FDA - be careful.
That's great, but you can stop the spam now. And fix your caps lock...
The US always seem so much better at lifting sp than us Brits. It's either greater enthusiasm, or a much larger population of traders/investors...
I've taken profit; I never put too much faith into rises without news, particularly with this stock which hasn't historically held gains. Might get back in if it sinks back down, but good luck to those still holding - I hope it serves you well!
'The present invention provides a nano particle comprising: a core comprising metal atoms; a corona comprising a plurality of ligands covalently linked to the core, wherein said plurality of ligands comprises: at least one carbohydrate ligand; at least one glutathione ligand; and at least one autoantigen peptide ligand. Also provided are compositions and vaccines comprising the nanoparticles, methods for producing the nanoparticles and medical uses of the nanoparticles, including for antigen specific immunotherapy of an autoimmune disease, such as diabetes mellitus type 1, in a mammalian subject.'
I'm no biology expert but my interpretation in layman's terms is that it's the patent that protects the use of nanoparticles in vaccines. I could be totally wrong; a more professional opinion is welcome. If that is correct, this could allude to the technology Emergex is using - again, speculation on my behalf.
It's bizarre to see the sp falling like a failing company despite the release of such good results and strong outlook for the future. It's certainly got me scratching my head.
Even if RYCEY isn't the next one they target, I can't help but wonder if people starting jumping into Rolls with the intent of getting in before the rest of the herd (even if the rest of herd never actually comes).
Geomtryony has figured out Warren Buffett's secret to investment success...
Agreed. One of the 'sells' was mine, but it was a buy.
The UK and US shares don't move together, they're seperate. You need people buying more UK shares for the SP to rise to the US level, and that's not happening. This will just be market sentiment, nothing to do with the value of the company, so I wouldn't overthink it.
'Free from lockdowns' not 'Free from Coronavirus'. The first time they lifted the lockdown the vaccine was still in development (not that that went well...) but I don't think they'll require the entire population to be vaccinated.
Stop spamming the BB please Borsaci.
I agree Nicetomichu. I hope Stamp's anticipation of a license deal in Q1 2021 comes true, might make up for an abysmal 2020...
It's interesting to see the pipeline on the new website (not sure the latter needed an RNS announcement...). I can only assume those undisclosed partnered items are in relation to the major pharmas announced at the start of the year.
I would certainly hope so! They claim to have raised £40 million - even just a small slice of that would be great for Midatech. I'm optimistic about the chances, but nothing in this game is guaranteed...
'We are aware of 200 failed drug trials relating to DIPG. There are very few promising signs, which is where I turn to the Minister. Will she investigate why a British company is limited to running clinical trials in the US—in the case of Midatech, in California and New York? Will she work with the National Institute for Health Research to find a way of committing and ring-fencing funds directly for research into childhood cancers, as the petition demands? Will she work with the APPG and Midatech to navigate a way to set up clinical trials in the UK?'
That is the part of the petition debate where Midatech were mentioned. Should be interesting to see what attention (and wishfully thinking, what money) this brings to the company.
It's on the website under results and presentation on the investor relations menu.
It is truly baffling... Resign and then hours later ask to be reappointed? GMS ought to be able to take some kind of action against Seafox for wasting time and money.
The letters and RNSs though entirely professional in their language are like bickering and finger pointing. I don't know who to believe! If what Seafox say is true, they raise some very interesting points and the idea of a board run by experts in the region with knowledge and contacts would be highly beneficial. But I can't ignore the previous takeover bid so their intentions probably aren't so innocent. Then GMS say its all accusations are false and factually innaccurate, but are they just saying that to protect themselves?
Ultimately I believe the resolutions will inevitably pass. Mazrui and Horizon helped them with their first board appointments so I imagine they'll vote for the second set as well (unless the whole process is disallowed by the panel of mergers and takeovers...)
Seems like a very aggressive way to takeover the bod. The thing is, if Mazrui supports them again then the resolution will go through if it goes to a general meeting. Looks like Seafox can get their own way no matter what.
