27p by close, anyone who knows anything about finance knows will the public vote is done and the courts are in agreement, the only possible outcome is extra stipulations on directors or temporary divy/bonus stops for all shareholders while the soa plays out( worst case is the length of the soa or % paid is upped)but this deal is done the soa will get passed .
