What’s the target price where could this go
Ap out out Vast up
Disgruntled customers will vote no to deal.
Bitter your left in limbo again .
I will buy in at 10
This is a last ditch for Amigo.
I believe it will be approved with amendments, but remember it’s not going to be a easy period for them recovering, because of changes in the way they can lend, less cash flow ( due to soa) poor brand image, leaving the people they owe money receiving less of a pay out.
Did he mention the change in the soa, the judge proposed 35% of profits as opposed to 15% Amigo will be struggling for the next few years ???
The soa is not going to be used as a get out of jail free card, but see it as a voluntary agreement as apposed to bankruptcy, look at money shop??? They went bust after their soa .
Remember the fca usually do what their employer’s the government say.
Go steady a big bit in the butt is coming.
This pressure as applied yesterday, so no they haven’t yet, but may use Amigo as an example.
The fca are under pressure from the government to intervene and stop this dyor
Yes I’ve just check this, nice to see some interest here.
We do have an RNS due shortly.
I’m honestly hoping to see 15 by June.
Good luck fellow share holders.
Jimmy give us your view son, seamus you bought back I’m guessing awh you must have took a hit, I thought you were not buying back before approval of the soa.
What judges have never overturned a case please give and example, I can give you 2 examples of where the judge has for ppi( similar case).
Mafuta I agree there seems to be a lot of conflict here amongst fellow share holders.
Were in this together, I recently bought after looking at this one for a while, COVID is hopefully nearing the end .
Maybe we could have a Bod change who knows.
Good luck people, no need to fight each other.
Where’s the bottom, this is officially the lowest vast have ever been .
Hopefully will get an rns soon
There not out of the woods the courts could push Amigo to the limit in percentage contributions.
I.e yes we accept the soa, but your paying 50% plus of your profits to the soa .
The time to safe buy would be when the air has cleared, never rush in to anything through FOMO you could get burnt .
Passionate mate just hold this will go up, everyone understands your frustrations.
But it’s undervalued oversold the equipment alone in the mines is worth more than the market cap .
Grg I liked your comment great point, and you proved mine that people LTHs only deramp as their angry thanks for your honesty.
THIS PRICE IS TO LOW
Even with a **** Bod
There’s talk of the figures changing ie amigo paying a higher percentage profit towards the soa, and no the campaigners are those who were mis-sold genuinely, and are now going to get a lower pay out if the soa is passed.
Gary’s has been very clever and said everyone could claim something, guarantors the lot
This isn’t a guarantor/ guarantee lol .
The fca have said they don’t support the scheme, but the won’t intervene .
Campaigners could force the government to step in and reject the case in court.
So many derampers on here, is it people who have lost money by selling reassuring them self they made the right choice the only way this is going is up
Someone knows something from the all the bad news to this crazy
