Also insurers? What would happen to their premiums when they fill in the box “have you been found guilty in a court of law of being a dishonest #%{*€$ ?
Hmmmm, interesting!
The pressure on the defendants must be immense. It means that BBers can presumably use the “crooks” word without fear of retribution (or having post removed!) as it’s been legally established and announced by RNS! The longer it drags on I would think would be worse for them as they are now tainted being proven dishonest and having an ongoing court case against them. Which other investors/banks etc would want to deal with them without the clarity of a settlement?
The snail has just been given steroids...
Here’s a thought - I’m fascinated by FG’s last bit “a number of options which have already been identified by our legal team.”
As things stand CLP has a slight majority stake in Sipiem that has a small stake in TLT SpA the owner of Ondaland. Just imagine if one of the options tables was a large CLP (not Sipiem) stake in TLT SpA / Ondaland there’s the revenue stream just in time for the holiday season - it also might mean less value for the Sipiem liquidator as it wouldn’t be monies recovered from Sipiem but a side agreement with the directors of TLT (presumably the bunch that tried to illegally remove CLP’s control of Sipiem)
Well put RKB - and also a special well done for getting through a cake metaphor without reference to "Sponge"...:-)

If you were making a film charting the choppy waters of Invested life in CLP what recycled film title would be most
appropriate to use? Extra marks given for good use of puns, particularly groanworthy ones! I’ll kick it off with an obvious one just to get the juices flowing.....The Italian Job
Over to you folks...
Hi LtdAxis - I admire your restraint! :-)
And in completely unrelated news the nominations for the BAFTAs include:
Joker
Once Upon a Time
Parasite
The Two Popes
Sorry We Missed You
Rocketman
Bait
The Farewell
Pain and Glory
The Great Hack
Frozen 2
Which one would get your vote? :-)
And the award for most original SCREAMPLAY goes to....CLP !!!
If we exclude the 63% of shareholders represented by the major shareholders >3% and FG's shareholding (http://clearleisure.co.uk/aim-rule-26.html) the 40M shares traded today represents almost 20% of the free float. I realise some of the major shareholders are nominees and some of the trades could have been through these but at least the higher volumes mean the spreads have tightened. So, whichever side of the trade people want to be on it's at least more fairly priced. A few weeks ago the difference was 0.05p between bid/offer and you couldn't always trade much inside the quoted prices - much healthier to see just 0.01/0.02 margin.

A stockbroker once told me he reckoned that AIM should carry a health warning: “shares on AIM may fall as well as well as plummet“...
Your consolation prize johnnybbad is that he is more heavily invested in the company than you are and that he will lose/gain here due to his belief in the company based on his research.
You are quite at liberty to point out any flaws in his research if you choose but just bellyaching because a share price goes against you is not very edifying. It's clear from your posting in April that you wanted CLP to make up for your 94% losses in FRR/Altona. You should know why YOU ARE investing in a company not just why somebody else is.
As it's deathly quiet on here and there might be someone on the planet who've never seen these Airplane scenes...

Spary1, odd one that 5M buy reversal - on ADVFN it's replaced by another buy at the same time at 0.295 but that isn't showing up on the LSE feed at the moment...
That’s correct KNIGELK. The claim for 10.8M is NOT in the accounts. For one thing until CLP 2017 bought the debt it wasn’t owing to Clear Leisure but to Sipiem, a subsidiary company. The same goes with the 238k credit due to Sipiem that CLP 2017 bought.
When you do get on the site it seems you have to put the total "Fallimento Mediapolis Srl" in rather than a shorter version of the name. They might need to broaden their search ability...
If that trade for 1M shares at 10:05:33 is indeed a buy then that trade is the tipping point for this week after all the sales in Tuesday/Wednesday. It puts us at least 720K shares more bought than sold just this week. Last week there was over 10M more buys than sells so a bit surprised that this hasn't nudged up further...
