If the 1 trade is a genuine trade and not some form of code used by market makers, think about it for a minute, it has to be a mistake by a punter/investor, because to make up their dealing costs and be in profit the share price would need to be in excess of £10.00.

This was probably due to a MM being short of shares due to the 100k being taken off their hands at 10.00 and they were potentially going to be short. So a quick drop in price causing some unwary 'punters' to sell, therefore filling 'their' gap and then the price can return to where it was.

If you are saying that there are more buys than sells, or vice versa, where are you getting this information? The MM will buy and sell shares at whatever price they want to or need to. This may be above or below the mid price, not necessarily on the side you would expect. Therefore the colour shown on L1 & L2 will not always be correct, so be careful if you are taking these as gospel, the colours are just guesses. I have known trades by myself being reported incorrectly, as I'm sure some of you will have.

How do you know that MM do not speak to each other with codes?

It looks like far more shares have been sold than purchased by MMs today, so you would expect a rise in the sp, but this hasn't happened, who are we to say that the sp is not being dropped by the MMs for their own reward.

My last Bed, wait and ISA was completed today. I've just bought back at 41.44 and the £1855.75 bought me back 25 more shares than I sold earlier this week.
