I had a quick look but could not find any mention of the claim. As for the mention of the 4p buyers wanting out I think you should review the trades to see how many there were (not you Neil).
It will be interesting to see if any other potential bidders come out in the open now. Brokers value at 165p and offer on the table at 10.5p. If a new bidder comes in at 15p it still is a bargain for them.
Well they are obviously fighting a claim here with their insurance. Let's just assume that they are successful and receive an award of say £5M for their losses, which based on a turnover of circa £55M, over the Covid years then thats another 0.75p payout. Not sure why they would have mentioned and negotiated it if they didn't have some confidence.
