Very important and helpful distinction, thank you. This may explain why so many people have problems receiving notifications in their 'corporate actions' section. I have had a lot of problems with Aviva (never getting any corporate actions) and made an official complaint. Trying to sort out responsibility between Aviva, their broker Winterfloods and RKH has been tricky. A long explanation similar to yours was eventually received. But, lo and behold, I've now actually received all the OO information for the first time ever!

This time last year, we closed at 25.1p and today, 70.2p. That's a rise of 181%. Despite touching 90-92p on a couple of occasions, we never closed higher than 87.8p (05/09), after which there was a long, depressing decline. Finally, on the 9th June we recovered to a near high of 87.4p and then - well, we know what happened then. 'The Great Storm of Stanley' which , over three days, decimated 22% of the penguin population 😒. The storm has abated and patches of blue sky appear through the clouds, and we can only hope and pray for 2026! Wishing all a very happy and prosperous New Year and a special glass raise to Sam and everybody at RKH, including Peel Hunt, Canaccord and Vigo Consulting as well as Gideon and Navitis. GLA

Good to see some quality publicity (it's in the print version today). I got into RKH three and a half years ago after an article in Times by their business correspondent, Dominic O'Connell, so hopefully the Times will be our friend again. I have to confess to having a major wobble last night, after the last three days 😕and considering selling on Monday. I have everything in here and watching large sums of money blowing out of the window isn't a lot of fun (it may be 'paper money' at this stage, but still harrowing!). Anyway, I'm not twisting, I'm sticking until first oil and staying with the ship mates on the good ship Rockhopper. GLA

Chumba, is it Dominic O'Connell on Times Radio? I came into RKH due to an article in The Times by him, in July 2022. I contacted him recently as we were approaching FID and suggested revisiting the company and giving us some publicity. He wasn't interested, so I'm wondering if he's now caught on and doing so via Times Radio! TIA

Do the Falkland Islanders have any access and/or ability to invest in RKH? We're all heavily invested, waiting with bated breath and hoping to make a mint but can they invest? Just a question, as it seems that the people most involved might have/want a vested interest. It has been commented that they will be hugely wealthy per capita, but may also want a personal investment opportunity. Friendly answers please, no fisticuffs.

Thank you everyone for all the recent brilliant resources. The Gideon interview, Navitis updates, the FPSO and other rig logistic updates and the FI candidate interviews. I know Jack (except for coming into Rocky three and a half years ago at 7p and totally disposing of Tel's Fundsmith to put everything into the penguins), but, this really is 'on' . The likely date of the 15th, post elections, seems highly probable. The other bright spot is the thought of Alma being spanked by the 'Headgirl' - which is confusing as I thought that Alma WAS the Headgirl 🤣

Google Finance has live LSE data (you can see any movement as it happens). Put RKH in a watch list and it'll give you Rocky's price every time you open it. Hope this helps.
