How many times have we heard GH saying that the "market just doesn't understand" about Havieron!

I can't recall exactly, but, let's face it, it was probably well back to the likes of a 2p SP!

What's changed? Realistically, nothing, whatsoever!

Unless we get any form of 'negative' for Havieron, going forward, I don't see that same 'market' understanding being any more pointless than it has been to date! TT

I know it's not 100% until we actually see it, but in reflecting on the mining lease issues that NCM are having, and which may well continue, at the likes of Wafi-Golpu in PNG, it can't be stressed how important this is for the growth plan at NCM. Unlike Wafi-Golpu in PNG, Havieron is, of course, in one of the lowest risk and safest mining jurisdictions in the world.

Motley Fool UK are a yo-yo share viewpoint operation and largely pointless.

I do have some time however for their Australia site, which is, IMHO, much more savvy about the 'local' mining industry and what's actually going on.

An interesting piece and, of course, just one commentators viewpoint. IMHO, like others, they maybe don't appreciate the importance of Havieron as part of the growth portfolio at Newcrest Mining. This commentator appears to concentrate on Wafi-Golpu, indicating the "geographic risk", but largely ignoring Havieron in WA, apart from one brief mention about growth capex.

They state in conclusion, "Bulls may cite the portfolio of organic growth opportunities available, but the value creation process will not only take time but also consume significant capital expenditures, while also adding to execution and geographic risks."

Like most of us, I'm sure, I'm definitely one of those bulls with regards the growth pipeline, due to Havieron, which much of the market just don't appreciate. This was stated recently, again, by UBS, who seem to have their finger on the pulse better than most.

I've never used a stop loss! So, what situation do I believe that one would benefit me with GGP? Answer is currently , none!

Under what circumstances do I see a possible big dip?

Right now, maybe:

1. Newcrest Mining pull out completely. Sure, it's a very remote possibility, but, IMHO, another major will step in to replace them! Maybe a short term big dip, but nothing more, whatsoever, IMHO!

2. Scallywag drilling is 100% negative. Sure, it's possible, but the GGP sp is based largely on Havieron and CURRENT results there indicate. IMHO, that we're only 'scratching the surface' of what's down there!

So, basically, I have no reason, whatsoever, to put in any sort of stop loss!

As of last Friday 4th September, their Sprott Junior Gold Miners ETF held 28,525,322 shares, which is 5.2% of their total assets and 0.75% of total shares held.

Sorry, but beyond that I don't know if they've increased their holding recently, as I can't find historical holdings anywhere.

I use interactive investor, but your choice of best broker will probably depend on your own circumstances.
