However, there are a lot of PI's that post on this forum that have holdings in excess, some well in excess of most of those listed companies/institutions/funds.

It's surely the nominee accounts that hold most of the bigger PI shareholders, including myself.

IMHO it's going to be going to third party arbitration, without any doubt, whatsoever!

And, no, I don't expect any referral to GGP shareholders at any point, whatsoever, during the process.

We will only hear anything more when it's a done deal!

BTW, I topped up 2 X c.50K shares this afternoon. The first is showing as a sell. The second is showing as ?

Drill cores in the Paterson region are taking around 2-3 months to be assayed. As one example, Greatland Gold (GGP) have outstanding assays from their Scallywag drilling, still awaited, which are well over 10 weeks from end of drilling.

I totally agree Smokey! Unfortunately, the last 24 hours, including the Proactive webcast, has left a lot of us with, as I said last night, probably more questions than answers. I believe that most of us would probably accept that Shaun Day was surprised, and, also embarrassed, to a degree, over what's happened.

That all said, essentially, nothing has changed. As a good CEO, as Shaun Day certainly is, IMHO, you move on, and adjust your strategy accordingly.

As I've said numerous times, the gold & copper are still there! Every drill hole is finding more valuable mineralisation! Havieron is still open in all directions, and at depth, and likely to be at least a once in a generation find(s), maybe more.

As someone that has negotiated commercial deals for decades, I just see this, IMHO, as a blip, nothing more, which will maybe just require a slight adjustment to how things are handled between two parties in the same J/V.

Why would any measure of 5% of FMV of Havieron be anything to do with the current capex?

How can you say it's being withheld? Who knows if it's been completed? There is no set date for an upgrade. If it's been 'delayed' then surely it's going to be increasingly better.
