Nice slow recovery tick up today. We're still well below fair value, IMHO, for what we have, without what could be coming from the Red Setter drilling taken into consideration.

IMHO, the earliest that we MAY be informed about the value of the FMV option excercise price would be following the agreement or determination, and prior to the 30 business days that Newcrest would then have to to exercise its option to acquire the additional 5% interest.

No, an arbitrator would not release the information about the two parties figures for FMV.

Let's not forget that in the Havieron PFS it was stated that (naturally) the actual IRR of the Project will vary according to the gold and copper prices realised.

They used the following base case assumptions:
A gold price of US$1,500/oz
A copper price of US$3.30/lb

The estimated Base Case Project IRR is 16%, which, of course, varies using different price assumptions:
Scenario Assumption IRR
Gold price (US$ per ounce) 1,200 5%
Gold price (US$ per ounce) 1,800 24%
Copper price (US$ per pound) 2.60 14%
Copper price (US$ per pound) 4.00 17%

The copper price TODAY is c. US$4.50 per pound....Go figure!

Thanks Bamps! What with you, and the other regular researched contributors on here, these sort of questions can be answered easily, because, on the whole, they have been answered before anyway. That's also what's been so very useful recently from the likes of Dip and his transcriptions too. They mean that it's so much more easy now to have quick & accurate answers for, both the honest question, but also, to be quite straight, as an accurate reposte to the 'fake news' trouble makers.

IMHO, if the GDX & GDXJ continue to rise, and is sustained, then funds will be moving into the gold miner market before too long.

In a new report, Bank of America (BofA) Global Research analysts say they expect the copper market to flip back to a deficit from 2025 onwards following the completion of the current wave of project buildouts.

While global copper output is set to grow by 7.7% in 2023, following an expected deficit in 2022, the risks are skewed to the downside, the bank says, given the underperformance of new copper mine builds in recent years.
