OK, just to add my view..., As many will know I've been a GGP shareholder for many years now. It's my largest investment by far, and I mean FAR!

I'm in my 60's and have seen it all, believe me, in share investments! Sure, I got in well below 1p and I do research every day.

I post my research here, often daily, certainly weekly, because I like to, maybe, just maybe, help others.

There is absolutely no agenda from me, nor has there ever been!

However, having done this over all these years, and seeing what's happened, and is happening on this forum, especially over the past few weeks, I do question why I bother at all!

The forum has, especially recently, declined into a rather nasty, argumentative space, but, at the same time, I totally understand many good, regular posters, getting riled at the de-rampers that appear at every chance available, but who then dissapear when the sp is looking positive.

A lot of this is, IMHO, down to the AIM market, which is indeed, the 'Wild West"! That's why, in part at least, I'd be happy to see us just get out of it!

OK, rant over! Even though I'm more dissalusioned now about this forum than I've ever been, I'll try my best to contribute, and, as always, in a non partisan way, but, sure, positive!

Sure, it may well depend on the conversion rate, but, IMHO, it would be discounted anyway.

Quite frankly, I'd like to see the back of AIM as soon as possible!

I trade, in part, on interactive investor, and have no issues, whatsoever, with ASX trading.

You don't need to hold any invstements on any one platform. In fact, I like to spread my ISA S&S investments & SIPP investments around several platforms, anyway.

Apologies, I have a habit of posting 'AXS' instead of 'ASX'! Partially, probably, because I used to be a big holder in Accsys Technologies, which has the 'AXS' ticker! Brain to finger! It's an ASX listing!

This is why I have no real issues about the ASX listing. It's where all of our Greatland PTY Ltd operations are all located, and, TBH, I'd have no real isssues with a de-listing from AIM, which is, and has always been, cowboy territory!

Today, it's pretty much, just as easy to trade in shares in the AXS, as it is on AIM, and you can hold in an ISA and/or SIPP too.

A bit left field, but an interesting video out today about the use of battery-electric haul trucks at Newcrest's Brucejack gold mine.

I know that in the Havieron mine environmental documents they're looking at potentially using battery-electric trucks for the haulage of ore to Telfer, and would assume the same for bringing the ore and waste from underground to surface too.

IMHO, the last thing I'd want Shaun Day to do is post some 'supportive' message when he, and the amazing BOD that we have now, are probbaly involved in negotiations with one or more parties, involved in the biggest gold miner M&A in history!

What, exactly, do you want him to say?!

I'll say it again! I trust the MD and the BOD to do what's necessary. They are under no obligation to inform the market about what they're doing and every minutae of any negotiation that's happening.

Clearly, you, and many others, are clueless about what's involved in M&A activity!

Well plode, I don't know about you, but I'm not in "defend and protect" mode at all. I post facts, and, nothing has changed in the past week or so.

The gold & copper is still there at Havieron, which could well be the biggest gold/copper ore body in a generation, or more. That's without even taking into account our other huge tenements in an area that many mining companies now want, including all of the majors!

Personally I'm filling my boots at these ludicrous sp prices!
