But ..... .......GGP effectively have no real debt, £50 millionish ??? in the bank , only minimal ( currently ) operating cost , drilling costs covered , .......some proven assets with future significant income, some JuriJVs with more significant potential, and some massive prospect assets.to be investigated - an evens bet they / some / one .......will turn up trumps .
A good friendly company next door gasping to help out.
A host of inst. investors gasping to buy winning shares.( successful ones eager to make up some lost ground in their funds )
Lots of pis with large holdings , guided by some superb advice on this board , holding on and not selling/
32p is an SP that is undervalued and that is just about to go north.
Only time will tell ........

@ Condo..... My very first car ( 2nd hand ) was an A30 - bought for £40-00.
It was about 3foot 6inches wide , and not one of the great seducing cars; that was later on with the Vauxhall Victor; a bow screen, bench seat, column change , uninterrupted access . They do not seem to do bench seats these days.

No reason at all to doubt the NCM / GGP published figures ...........and we will soon have indicated /inferred endorsement to which the market should then react appropriately. GH giggling in a reassuring way is lovely encouraging body language, but let us enjoy the next few days.

You can love or hate, believe or disbelieve , trust or distrust , the well known and commodity savvy, Mr Todoruk. Take him or leave him.
But he undoubtably reads this board , and echos to some degree what Magic, Paddy, Dimvestor, Hydro , Bamps , unequivocally me, and dozens of other, learned, erudite , knowledgeable , responsible posters on this fantastic board have supported . Read my newbies post earlier today.
In 60 years of investing , this is the finest share I have ever known. I struggle to find any reasoned or sensible downsides. But..............I can find every reason under the sun why this share still has a brilliant future ........ one way or another.
I personally agree with Mr Todoruk that we will probably sell Havieron ( 5% plus 20% ) within 2 years , ( £1.5 £2 .0 Billion ) , and I will not oppose a modest plus divi return to the loyalband.
I wish I had the ability to forecast that far ahead.

after you have done all YOR , read the GGPhelp link, had a good look at the GGP Website, read all the optimistic twaddle posters like Magic, Paddy , Hydro, Bamps , me , Dimvestor , .............. the hopes, the calculations, the estimates, .................
then if you are still uncertain - rather than asking daft questions about whether you should still invest in GGP , or what is the SP going to be next Spring , or.......................
just go to the top of this page, click on GGP Charts, click on the 1 year history, and stare at it for 5 minutes.
Then remember that that all happened without any real , hard , solid , gold news...........just a few events down the beginning of the road . ALL of the good news is just about to come.
My very good friend, whose Aunty Matilda has a cousin who works for LSE, rang me to tell me that LSE are having to redesign their website to accommodate the almost certain upward line on the chart that will burst through the chart ceiling by Xmas. Starting in 48 hours time.
Dont pay off the M. just yet. Keep on driving the Austin A40 until January. Put the second home in Portugal on hold.

Absolutely no new news, other than to correct Bamps ( my overwhelming vanity ) that it is now
163 tick-ups. Quite extraordinary and unexpected , and I can only thank the board for their kind belief / support. Getting reliable info, or info of any sort , from a mining site 500 kilometres from the nearest habitation , and with our much revered CEO in total verbal lockdown ( not a criticism ), in a Covid ridden surround, is nearly impossible. So just to get some excited " bar room chat " , albeit genuine , is a miracle, and in these starved info days / weeks is the five loaves and fishes to hungry hoards. Your comments are much appreciated on this mostly amazingly enjoyable board.

@@@ Floater - It is possible that you have never seen the golfer Peter Alliss , on a TV program , giving an address to a theatre audience ,and talking about his life. ( he happens to live near me and is a good friend ), He was telling his audience that his favourite program was watching the lovely Carol Vordeman presenting Countdown. @@@ - Paddygal. As always Paddy , it is nice to have your approvals. Others have asked if this is just general bar chat , and the answer to that, but only if I interpret the unrestrained enthusiasm of my friend ( also a Stag ganger ) , is that he was overwhelmed by the massive enthusiasm of his brother . Normally my friend would have just stated that his brother had met up with Havieron guys ( and he did state havieron ) , and that things were OK. On this occasion , he was overwhelmingly enthusiastic about all he had heard. No mistaking his tone, and he is a shareholder too.
What was stated ( only generalities ) and how it was stated , left me in no doubt that I am on the best investment ( X 100????? ) that I have ever made, and it is now looking unbelievably better than the amazing state of affairs as of Monday this week.
It not only keeps on giving,......... it keeps on making me gobsmacked.

It is time some of you guys looked up our ( English ) distillery up in Cumbria- The lakes Distillery -on Bassenthwaite Lake, the only " lake " in the Lake District, and on the banks of the River Derwent. A beautiful Place founded about 6 years ago, an amazing distillery , with a superb Bistro.
Their whisky ,both their initial whisky blend , and now their single malts coming on stream ,are excellent, and will compete with most of north of the border distilleries.
