Roger 65 , I have heard in the City as their was some heavy lobbying , that Aim will be left alone .. She knows the bigger picture is , is taxing companies , and if those companies dont get funding and leave the uk and list else where the UK looses larger tax revenues ... it was a roomer , and wont be happening ... so giving advise here not to buy and wait until tomorrow for this to dip is not really sound advice , as it could spiral out of control and lock everyone out from buying as it rockets ...

I am of the opinion they wanted to let the market know why they are late as they couldnt RNS that in detail once they publish accounts .. so I believe Tom delivers which he has so far .. and holding 5 millions shares himself as well as being the main man , we could be pleasantly surprised and be live by the end of the week ..

The accounts have been deal;yed I feel intentionally ... could of been a better excuse .. lets not forget the have a deal signed worth xxxx for 30 years and have a lethium land hence the JV..

I have read between the lines , the accounts are ready , Tom has 5 millions shares and is looking for a big payout , hence they want the rigs and JV up and running so they can blast the market with another transformational RNS , re rate and bang ... rocket ...

The above is my opinion , as they said in august drilling would start ... so if didnt , and hence they delayed the accounts ...

From some of the messages i have read after the RNS this morning , It is clear to me that traders here , are simple traders without any real experience ... My friends in the city auditors , expressed some time ago that it does not take this long to update accounts .. they were right and we have been advised the reason why .. Firstly this is not a Aim share any more , main market , secondly I welcome this RNS| and it now adds up why the delay in accounts ..

Excellent RNS and expect the accounts to be updated within days now ... as well as other news they have not yet advised .... the rig news will also blow this out of town .. re rate is on course as well as trading ... Guys patients ...

Roger I believe from my research and city friends that Rachel has no intention to tax Aim or touch the stock exchange , as she has been made aware of the potential of investors sentiment towards this move and that she would make more revenue from capital gains tax indirectly ... so I am of the opinion we are very safe in this respect ...
