I disagree , I believe they do have a offer and they have asked them to increase it hence the waiting game ... if the offer was too low and refused the market would have to be advised ..

Its been a considerable amount of time now for a offer to have been made ... yet we have heard nothing since ..

Mr Ipa , I totally agree with you .. we are very close now based on one fact alone ... we are hitting 4 months now , and for the reason of updating accounts ... what excuse could be used to now .. the market wont take kindly should this not be live by close of week... looks very unprofessional .. Tom knows this and wont be risking a completely as share price crash on the basis of delays ... esp when they are on route for a 30 million market cap re rate ...

The fact that we have no news is the offer made must be being tweeted to suit all parties ... the heard will be here soon ..

firstly and more importantly , health is your wealth and money can be earned again .. so no amount of money is worth stress , and if anyone is investing with money they can afford to loose or take a dip , then of course your health will be impacted ... We came to this life empty handed and we shall all leave empty handed , we take nothing with us , everything in life is temporary .. everything ..

I have made many predictions purely to keep us all entertained .. Your very positive and have always been affrm , and your posts are factual and very very positive .. yet this talk about Tom being on telegram make me question your sincerity and investment experience , as there is no way a CEO is going to bother being on a telegram group dropping hints or even to be seen on the group ... Now lets not forget this is a group that deletes anyone who has a argument against PPP ... lets also remind ourselves that this board and telegram groups are a mere 2 per cent of the actual investors that will influence the SP on the main market ...

Now the reason I invested was simple ... 110 millions shares , 30 years fixed income from royalties ... The company is safe bet .. hence for it not to return or be de listed .. it would have to go private , even then we would all get our money back ...

I still believe it is in our benefit that the accounts have been delayed .. Its a smoke screen as even a monkey knows it does not take this long to update accounts , and Tom used code language in my opinion when he advised bank statements were missing .. lol come on please ....

they have no reason to shaft us as the CEO has serious money invested too as well 30 years royalties and serious Liethuin .. they have done this last year and came back .. and then they had nothing , no JV , no 30 year deal .. you need to do some more research

Its is nothing but a smoke screen so they can re rate big time .. hence they are awaiting new that will be another mile stone changing the company ethos and dynamics ... hence all stay clam .. we are lucky to be invested in this once in a life time stock ..
