The raise was very tinny , and the 33 per cent discount was offered because you cant raise or do a placing on the closing price before suspension . Do you have any idea how the market reacts to suspension , very negative ... its s strong sell not buy ... hence the raise was easy as the institutions dont buy blindly , they know they can make 33 per cent on open , but will be looking for much much more , hence the small placing as Tom has 5 million shares himself .. he is also seeking to secure his worth as well ... This is the share of the decade not year ..

Affrm .. some great posts again from you , factual and very realistic .. I agree with you on all points , yet believe your prediction in Sp for the next few months being 30 -50 p by XMas I dont .. with 110 million shares , this will hot 50 p in a couple of sessions after suspension is lifted , and we will cross over the £1 mark just before XMAS .. take a screen shot of this post .. Guys I have had a meeting today with a retired Investment banker , he is of the opinion and hence allow me to make this very clear , this is not financial advise ... this is the opinion of someone with 30 years experience ..

He feels strongly that after looking at the land where the oil and gas is and the deal Global has signed with PPP , and the fact there is no web site or updates in accounts as yet , is because PPP have secured a deal that ensures the company is now on another level of production / profit / market cap .... Hence the website has to reflect this and the accounts ...

Now if the above was not the case , we would be love now .. something big is happening in the background ..

The fact Tom has 5 million shares himself ... would give him every reason not to take this private , and every reason to get the SP re rated with explosive news .. and deal signed and sealed ...

Jobs report came as not expected , with a excellent recovery meaning a soft economic landing in the USA , tensions in the middle east increasing the price of oil and USA granting significant funds for gas and oil companies ...The UK budget still a few weeks away ... never a better time to come alive and out of suspension Tomorrow or by the end of this week for a serious Re rate and a massive fight to buy in ...

Ok so let go by the pattern of the past , 13 weeks last time and then suspension lifted .. Now let manage our expectations , as this is of great importance ... Should this not be out of suspension in the next couple of weeks , then I for one will be of the opinion that there is defo something not right and we should then think of just getting our funds back , end of ..

Gregoio , please explain with factual reference why this is over , and PPP will not come out suspension ??? as if you look at their history , which is how investments are made and not made .. they have been suspended before because of accounts and been radio silient , and come back 3 months later ..

You need to trust your first instincts in this game and dont think to much , thats my opinion , you see hesitating make your worst expectations come true ...
