It make the mind boggle , as the SP is no where near its genuine value by 100 miles ..

This is one of those stocks that dont come around much in this game .. I have see the lucky few take a strong position early and within one session they have made life changing money , there after the heard arrives and it just keeps moving ... I could name a few I have missed and was just about to take position ..

This one I didnt need much convincing .. the facts and the placing out of the way , made me jump in with 15 k .. 0.19 ..

How much are you holding if you dont mind me asking and one last question , where do you see the SPgoing next quarter ??

I am also shocked why the SP has not moved at all this week but held strong at 0.16..??

I have only decided to post on here as we are now posting valuable opinions and facts , figures that are reality , as I have had my accountant view it ..

I will now be open and frank , and yes I am guilty of being over excited with my RNS predictions , But I have never shared any information that is lies , I have 13 k invested here , at a average of 3.72 p , so excuse my sometimes over these last few months being negative as well .. Can you blame me , I reassured myself , but the accounts delay really did take its toll on my intel and my City investors friends ..

So my findings and after taking advice from my city friends , as saying this has not stressed me out is a big under statement ...

The situation is being watched by the FCA , as if fabricating RNS are communicated to the media the entire LSE is at risk of NO trust with the system which has serious complications for the UK investment platforms and all stocks .. Which means the \Entire board of directors including all those who have resigned weeks before this situation will be held accountable and criminal charges will be brought forward to set a example ..

Lunn is very well aware of this , and knows he has to get the company back trading and cant be seen helping his 70 per cent owned company out .. just want work , taking the company private cant happen either as its not in the interest of anyone even Lunn , he stands to do much better with the SP over £1 .. plus .

PPP own leases of assets that are very very valuable hence global deal and 12 per cent for 30 years ..

5 million loan in oil and gas is nothing , 500 k debt is really nothing to raise ..

Basically the city know this will come back , and could be stronger , depending on figures and who the CEO is now .. as well as LUNN doing a fantastic job and remaining in the hot seat .. or it will open at half the closing price due to many being locked in and we will have to wait as they build up figures and production of oil .. limited shares , the price will still go up if everything is in order ..

Hence the reason LUNN said the company are confident all forth coming issues will be resolved , hence guys I ma no longer stressed .. and we dont be shocked if we get a RNS on Monday advising the 500 k and funding has been sorted and now we are in NEG with P and global to complete the deal ..

Any more news on the Greek side guys of our once in a life time investment ??

faye baker you taking the **** here or what. tom is not on tg and if he is then why has he not explained why her lied about deal and no debt and the accounts saying missing statment . lunn is our man to get our money back and plus . tom should face criminal charges for the lies

So Tom stepping aside how will that help share holders pls . If he believes in supporting the shares holders then why lie to us so many times ?

The problem I have is , how can we ever invest in anything again if RNS are lies . Tom has lied through his teeth .. how can he get away with this .

And here we are pointing the finger at LUNN even when her has been straight with us ..

Then would we not get payed what we have invested

Guys lets be clear here Lunn is the only one who has put out a detailed RNS covering all our concerns , esp why the accounts are late and the reasons as well advising they are in active talks for funding and is confident ALL THE ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED , WHICH MEANS IF HE WAS NOT CONFIDENT , HE WOULD OF LEFT THAT SENTENCE OUT , AS HE HAS NOT LEFT ANYTHING ELSE OUT IN INFORMING US THE TRUTH .. AND HE MADE IT CLEAR SOME OF THE DIRECTORS WILL FACE INVESTIGATIONS .. MORE IMPORTANTLY THIS IS A 74 YEAR OLD MAN WHO HAS SEEN IT ALL , HE IS FAR FROM GREEDY AND WANTS TO SCREW PEOPLE , WHEN YOU GET TO THAT AGE , DOING THE RIGHT THINK IS MORE IMPORTANT .. AND THAT IS WHY HE STEPPED IN AND WAS ALLOWED TO , AS THE BOARD TRUST HIM .. WE ARE NOT IN RUSSIA , THIS IS THE WEST , AND AS A UK COMPANY .. Guys your missing the point here , allow me to explain :

Strategic Alignment .. On the positive side , If Lunn can leverage synergies between the two companies , particularly in operations and financial restructuring , his role could benefit both organisations , however this depends on clear boundaries and proper oversight mechanisms .. PPP is not bankrupt , and liquidating assets , his company he owns 70 per cent of is .. This could actually come back stronger , as he could take a stake , much larger in PPP as they have GLobal now .. Provided transactions between the two companies are conducted transparently and at arms length , the operational advantages are much greater now as he aligns his interests ..

And isnt Pertquest filed for bank R .. maybe he wants PPP to take over Pertroquest ..

So Gudge why would PPP allow a chairmen who has a conflict of interest be the chairmen of PPP ? that dosnt make sense at all ?

Much speculation here again .. Lunn is the man with much more to loose than all of us .. he has been the truthful so far .. and raising 500 k can be done by Monday as he advised that they are active in talks .. they picked up 400 k plus with two placings in seconds ..

Lunn would of resigned as well , leaving the boat to sink .. if he had other plans ..

Its is against the law FCA to mislead investors via a RNS .. Tom is in serious trouble .. is he still on the telegram group ???

Guys just playing DEVILS advocate .. Hence what risk do we have being invested here .. Is the actual figures that have advised precise ?? or do they still need to be confirmed .. ?

we know demand is going , is already way ahead of supply .. So what are we looking at in ref to what the SP should move too ?

Finally one would think the SP would of started to rise by now , or the sellers of the placing keeping this down ..

If we get a RNS on Monday advising Lunn has raised the 500 k then it will be game on .. Then all that needs to be done is complete the Global deal that was already signed after hours .. did Tom really make that up , no way can he be that bold .. the deal got signed I believe and then they had some issues , if Lunn said he can resolve them I like he said he can .. then nothing here has changed .. he would need to bring in a CEO with a serious background .. that would give serious weight in the market ..

I still see this coming good , I dont understand why affrm still believes in Tom , when to date LUnn has given us the clearest and most precise picture ..

we are fortunate that 80 per cent of the shares are held in chucks across the board , there is no way they will allow their money to be lost ..

They have real assets .. the reports already filed say it all , now they will confirm how much more ..

There is a very small free float of shares , this has the ability to rise very very fast .. I still believe this will be bought out very fast ..

Casper , I agree , Lunn cant take this private or look after himself via the other company he owns 70 per cent in .. It simply will not be welcomed by the big share holders ..

I have read the RNS in detail and it make complete sense as well as Lunn covering every point and giving reason for the delay in accounts , and setting a realistic time for the audit to be completed .. He has been transparent and added that he is confident that the company will resolve all issues .

Tom has obviously never been transparent or genuine , and his RNS s were written in a very suspicious way ... Lunn needs to cover his back , another reason to clear up the mess and get this back trading so no one asks any questions ..

|Companies that are about to go under never say we are confident .. and 500 k is very easy to raise .. this is oil and gas , in a country that will be run by Trump .. who needs oil ..
