There will be no alliance with the R group until after the AMG2 May 2025 13:02
Guys I am out , there will be no alliance with the R Group until after the AGM , and that is as clear as the sun shining outside now , I’ve taken advice from bankers ..
I do believe the alliance will be formed and will reenter after the AGM and once I have heard its resolutions .
This is why , pls be careful guys and do your research please
Capai PLC has released a new RNS today with a few major developments:
• They’ve confirmed the exercise of 400 million warrants, raising £150,000 and significantly increasing the share count (read: dilution risk).
• More importantly, the company is now officially reporting a “serious loss of capital”, as defined under Section 656 of the Companies Act 2006.
• This means their net assets have fallen below half their called-up share capital, triggering a legal requirement to call a General Meeting.
• At this meeting, directors and shareholders must consider what actions (if any) can be taken to deal with the capital loss.
What this signals:
While not the end of the road, this kind of announcement is a clear red flag in corporate finance terms. It often comes before:
• Fundraising or further dilution
• Asset sales
• Restructuring, or worse, administration if the balance sheet can’t be fixed
Just a heads-up — things could get choppy in the short term. Watch the GM closely, and if you’re still holding, it might be a good moment to review your position.
