I for one would welcome a deal with Gazprom if the terms and deal were right for the company, I think if Russia were to tighten the shackles on the UKs energy supply and wish to further monopolise they would have better effect disrupting their own existing LNG shipments. Bronx, negotiations with Chinese and Irish government were undertaken to gain approval of this farmout and deal. A lot of work has gone into the farmout process and rig selection has been made. Given the nature of the farmout I think APEC are keen. The original farmout has also been improved upon with a greater spend and a greater number of proposed wells to appraise Barryroe.

To see this still trading at these levels, the upshot is very large and the production figures have exceeded expectations. Corosan is a low risk high impact drill, previously tested by Shell when there was no requirement for gas. The infrastructure to produce is already in place and in close proximity, the recent raise at 12p means Ortoire requires no farmout ergo the value attributed to production is greater.
