I reckon 0.8p next week for starters on deal done then onwards and upwards from there.......AIMO.....:)

Its all very well getting a quote..... ..its the point of execution........pressing the buy button ........when they decide to let you buy or not............had it happen all the time with Barclay's on numerous stocks

Transformational next 6 trading days to come.......presentation says deal WILL close on the 15th........whether RNS drops before then not too bothered.........as long as it drops and deal done.......GLA.....I have everything crossed...:)

Last trading day in Feb then we are into March.........news on deal concluded can drop anytime before 15th.........each day that passes without news should see sp increase IMO as anticipation builds.........all very exciting.....:)

and if we see 10% sp rise each day on the 12 days to the 15th we will be @ 1.07p on deal done...........then maybe see 100% on the day...........:)

90 day long stop date.............CawCaw kindly posted link on Sun @20.08.......that clarifies 15th March.....90 days from "execution date".........which was 15 Dec..........thanks CawCaw.

MN1980..........IMO this is a crucial week for COPL..........I really want this deal to happen and while all the fantastic work the guys on this board have done regarding calculating future sp has been greatly appreciated, the deal needs to be taken over the line to realize those figures. It was initially meant to be done by the 31st Jan (refer RNS) and now we are approaching the 90 day long stop from effective acquisition date. So the deal IMO needs to close this week or an extension to the 90 day long stop will be required.......which can happen if parties agree. Really hope it does not come to that and by Friday night we will be able to celebrate a great deal done and dusted.

90 day long stop date, from acquisition effective date of 1st Dec, is next Sunday 28th Feb.
Would be twitchy bum time over next weekend if no RNS this week although the long stop can be extended...........but would much rather have it all done and dusted this coming week.......:)

IMO there seems to be an orchestrated suppression of the SP...............which may lead to an almighty spike in the coming weeks when deal ratification drops

to be 1400 BOPD company.........currently 15% of that so not this week but next...........will we be nearly 6 bags from here...........who knows but one can dream......:}

Apologies for repeating myself but I am still hoping the $4m share element retainer for Atomic owner is covered by the spare $4.2m raised by the $12.2 combined placings.
Do we know what that element was allocated to..............not fully I don't think.
Therefore hopefully no more dilution, approx 10b shares in issue and loan repayment over 4 years via earnings..............and we are an oil producer.
We would all know where we stand then.............and hopefully when deal done this all comes out.

I think the length of the term of the loan really underpins the future earning potential from this deal.
Initial $41m to be repaid over 4 years.

$41m paid back over 4 years at say a competitive 4% interest per year.
Interest PA would be $1.64m on top of the basic $10.25m PA initial loan payment.
Therefore $11.89m paid back each year.......for 4 years.

So approx $12m a year or $1m a month............all approx but paints the picture.

The expected returns must be well worth it...............:)

I think now that this video has surfaced in conjunction with the RNS, the sp should only go north between now and middle of Feb IMO.
Would not want to be out of this now.......:)

turned out to be a bit of a damp squib..............but only 3 weeks to binding term agreement and deal closure................then .......BOOM........:)
