go smacked if this relists at £8.50 never mind £17.
It hit a high of around 40p earlier this year therefore there is an argument that it is as valuable as Bolt at say 7m. This deal has to be attractive to both parties so Bolt sees something attractive in GCG and vice versa. GCG could argue that 100% dilution covers the deal so we have 38m shares on relist. The merger makes the new company more attractive to II,s.........and in doing so pushes the MC north as it becomes more valuable. I don't buy this automatic 50m MC for main market companies........just look at COPL ........main market with MC in the 30m region.......and that is just one example. IMO this could relist at around 50p with a MC of 19m based on the above. However if it truly is a new IPO then who knows...............but I just cannot see the 50 to 100 bag that is being banded about................although I would love to be proved wrong........:).........GLA
