I was hoping or a debt facility like this although it is a shorter term than I would imagined which is even better.
Another milestone basically ticked off.
Its all happening folks.....deal closure mid Feb......should see a lot of action today.... game changing right enough......:)

COPL..............only 7 trading days left in Jan 21'.
RNS could drop anytime on debt financing, deal closure and more.
Hopefully Art has this Atomic deal sewn up middle of next week......:)

I think if you look closely at the numbers it cannot be 3 x the sp.
Not in my head anyway...............also noticed Arts electronic signature dated yesterday ?

But who knows....as Bob mentioned only the organ grinder knows what the fook is going on.

I really hope it is tied into the last raise since the info on the form is the bare minimum by the looks of it...............fingers crossed.

My view is that the 1.7251 to 1.7367 is simply the fluctuating exchange rate at the time as the numbers equate exactly to 0.2p.
I cannot get any of the numbers to tie into the last raise so not happy as I fear its another raise ?

I was hoping I could get this info to tie in with the latest raise............but I can't other than the 0.2p and the 8th Jan date. To me the unit numbers don't equate with the last batch........going to look again though..........might be missing something.

$8m went on the second payment.
So as I have stated before I hope Art has earmarked $4m for the shares element to current Atomic owner.
The remaining £200k for his "corporate expenses".
And the debt IMO should be covered by a repayment loan.
Hopefully between tomorrow and Monday Feb 1st all will be revealed.............and I hope it goes the way as above..............my fingers and toes crossed............wonder if he reads these boards.........Art are you watching.....:)

Maybe we should all email Art this Monday and express our feelings with regards to placings. He has to fund the debt via a repayment loan IMO.

I am hoping the remaining debt is via a loan repaid over time with interest. Market would like that ......and SP would hopefully greatly reflect that. What the SP would reach on that news I don't know but a few bags from here I would imagine.

If you read the RNS of the 8th Jan it mentions "debt investors for the balance of funds".
Debt finance has to be paid back in monies.........equity finance does not as shares issued instead.

I posted my hopes on the debt and the spare $4m use the other day.............:)

But hey .......who knows what is going to happen.

Well lets hope Art has an an ounce of morality in him and the $4m has been earmarked to be handed over once deal done. Then the 73yr old ex owner of Atomic can buy as many shares as he can on the open market..........hopefully at 1p and above......:>)

RNS 8th Jan stated $12.2 raised.............$8m paid as second part of deal.
That leaves $4.2m.

RNS states......"The net proceeds from the Placing will be used for the acquisition of Atomic as announced by the Company on December 16, 2020, other expenditures related to the Atomic acquisition, and for general corporate purposes........."

So is the "other expenditures related to the Atomic acquisition" the $4m share element leaving $200k for general corporate purposes ?

Would be another box ticked if it is................but who knows ?

Whats going on is the Canadians know the deal is going to happen.

another TR1 later this week on another II with that large buy yesterday.
Ducks lining up nicely.

cost $54m.
$9m already raised via placings.
$4m to be covered by shares.
That means if I have it correct $41m debt.

IMO this could be covered by future earnings.......
Say $41m paid back over 10 years at 4% interest per year.
Interest PA would be $1.64m on top of the basic $4m PA initial loan payment.
Therefore $5.64m paid back each year.......for ten years.

1400 minimum barrels of oil per day over the year = 511000 barrels.
Less than $12 per barrel profit covers each year payment ?

Might be to simplistic but hey ho.........I am in till the end.......:)
