Corporate governance could be improved...but they seem to be a nimble entrepreneurial business. Eventually scale will dictate the changes. IIs will demand NEDs...although I think adding one or two now would help. Can also defend against claims such as those we just witnessed.

Disagree - there have been no TR1s so I don't think any IIs have materially reduced on the back of this nonsense. The bottom line is that there was no new information in any of these claims, it was just twisted commentary on the accounts because people get scared by Woodford associated stock at the drop of a hat these days. Honestly would buy any dips, and don't worry about any responses from MW they have had their day.

Are picking at the accounts and fring in Q's and so far nothing has come up that anyone has been remotely alarmed by based on what I am hearing - everything being answered competently.

From what I am witnessing, these are smart guys. The reports are complex but accurate and I actually get the impression some of the people in the market actually just don't understand accounts!

Price is all over the place - however I will say this. IMO once the RNS drops you won't be able to buy at anything like these levels, so if you get flushed out now you won't get back in. This being said, without news, it could start to drift lower. If you believe in the company and board best to just buy and come back later (with a stop loss).

Agree, if it takes 48 hours or more I don't care. Key thing is batting this back with interest!
