Although I was a holder here once I can't bring myself to buy back here even though it tempts me, after having one illiquid delister already this year (svca) I am always fearful of another.
Maybe on some good news.....

I read a write up on foot with the last rns, with this continued sp fall I'm starting to wonder if there is something in this commentary at the time regarding bank loans/covenants etc, it's enough to keep me away for the moment abyway:

"The last Annual Report - Note 19 indicates that the company has an (unused) £30m overdraft facility, expiring on 6 July 2021. The problem with that, is with adjusted EBITDA now forecast at only £5m for this year, the existing facility would now be about 6 times. That's way above what banks are usually comfortable with (usually 2-3 times). Therefore I imagine bank facilities are likely to be reduced at some point.

The company does have bank covenants, but it's not clear what they are. The usual key ones are Net debt:EBITDA, and interest cover. In my view, the situation doesn't look desperate, but I would take it as a given that the company would not be able to (nor would be wise to) fund any further expansion from bank facilities, due to the risk of them being withdrawn"

opps that should read a 'he' not a 'she'

Was lstening in to The Naked Trader roadshow yesterday (yes she actually did one), it's a few weeks old and tbh a bit of a plug for some of his shares imo, he did mention PAH at one point saying although it's pretty good value around here he would only be interested around £1. Although he did mention a few retail shares he would be shorting tight now PAH wasn't one of them

I'be always been generally intrigued about these gaps and that they 'always' get filled, I've never particularly followed them but I do recall mention of gaps on all the indices being filled on the brexit announcement but also mention that a gap in the gold chart at around 1900 that will have been there a pretty long time still exists (sure gold will get back there in the passage of time but is there a time limit ?), is it feasible for example that there are historic gaps in the ftse that will have been conveniently forgotten about in the passage of time far far (far) below where it is now ?.

Not knocking the theory, just an intrigue.

Seen it a few times before where a seller sells out before a huge rise, Seeing Machines would be a latest example I could give, went down to about 3.5 from recollection, unfortunately I sold out of that way too early. The decision for an ii to sell out is made a long time ago and for many reasons

Just a little concerned it will fall back after initial surge with Rex Harbour selling, should be enough volume to clear him out completely eventually though

Mike, I wouldnt disagree with your revenue estimates but I remain unconvinced that the margins will be as good as expected and I'm expecting overheads to be high once again.
I forecast a loss of £0.5m partially based on the need to recently raise cash (although I realise it's not directly related)

One of your posts suggested The NT doesn't buy or rate aim stocks - not quite true, he doesn't rate the gutter aim stocks (normally jam tomorrows who have to keep raising cash), but he does buy growing cash generative aim stocks, it's possible you have the first edition when he avoided aim shares because they couldn't be bought in an isa at that time, I would say 80% of his current shares are aim ones

growing revenues doesn't mean it couldn't go down the pan, it's profits you need, and why open even more stores when they are making losses on the original ones ? They ipo'd to grow not lose, I can see the banking terms being reduced at some stage

Not in here, sold for a small loss around the 70 mark. My feelings as then still apply, they are making an operating loss ffs and with lower sales that is never going to help in the short term, best you can hope for is that the sales start making big increases from here but until then it's not for me

No, I'm sure they haven't made up the Iran contract in whatever form they call it, but I also believe there will be a huge degree of exaggeration and deception involved, just like EA and other mou's that they have never converted and slipped into the void, either that or they have been incredibly uinlucky for 6 years

I've never claimed to be the sharpest trader, but I'm profitable so I do ok ? My original £15k loss here is now a manageable £2k one through trading it, but I tend to stick to cash generative growing companies in my pf these days except for the odd short term cert.

Matt, you obviously didn't understand the irony of what I was trying to achieve there, the spelling mistake was made on purpose in a dyslexic way, obviously too subtle.
My original post was simply an attempt to help to correct a spelling mistake I have observed time and time again (and is an irritation to me and others), I thought the reply to my request appeared unnecessarily arrogant, so I replied in kind.

I agree to an extent that spelling mistakes don't necessarily mean someone cannot excel in other areas, and dyslexics can of course be excused, my wife has a degree of autism so I do understand the difficulty.
Congratulations on your early retirement, I too managed to get out of the rat race early at 52 with sensible investment, no doubt an accountancy background helped also.
