2014 - 10 year franchise agreement with Mexico, what happened - well not a lot in reality

2014 - West Africa sea ferry 21 year deal $300m revenue potential, what happened - prop shaft broke, cost a load to replace and countless costs to get the ferry running, ferry commenced 2016 and ran about 10 passengers before being abandoned, sold boat for £0 after recipient failed to pay for it - lol

2014 - $4.4m contract The Americas, to be completed during 2015, what happened - 2016 finals, admitted it was longer in their internal forecasts (cancelled)

2015 - mou 25 year contract with ' a significant international airport', what happened - mysteriously nothing

2016 - mou 25 year contract several international airports in country, what happened - mysteriously nothing

2019 - 5 year Tema Ghana screening contract, what happened - commenced 2019 but a formal contract was never signed, agreement terminated 2022, they had to write off about £700k - according to AI they probably only made a negligible amount of profit overall because of the write off

2021 - 5 Airports in the Democratic Republic of the Congo expected to generate revenues in excess of $6m in the first twelve months of operation, what happened - well nothing

2021 - 10 Year Managed Services Contract - Freeport of Monrovia, Liberia expected to generate around $1.1m in revenues in the first 12 months of operation, what happened - well nothing

2021 - re the above, "A key goal we had set for the Company in 2021 was to secure at least one more large-scale managed services contract and so to have now secured two such contracts in two days is most encouraging." - what happened - well those 2 contracts have amassed the grand total of £diddly squat !

2021 - Two Airports in Southeast Africa $1.7m project to be completed and recognised during 2022, what happened - one completed in 2024, mar 2025 2nd nearing completion

2025 - 15 year 4 airports Gabon , expected to generate revenues of circa $5.5m USD in the first 12 months of operation, what happened - 90 day transition period. June 2025 Formal operations have commenced. Jury is still out as far as I am concerned

Ok, what if's:

what if the gross margin on Gabon is far less than you believe (and more like the margins they were ACTUALLY making in Ghana, ie far less than what was intimated originally by the ceo) ?

what if Gabon aren't paying due debts and becomes a bad debt cost instead ?

what if there are teething problems, hiccups etc on Gabon setup and rollout than expected and more ongoing costs than envisaged ?

what if Gabon goes the same way as Ghana/Ferry/Liberia et al

what if some of the main tech contracts are delayed and/or written down (as historically happens) ?

what if those 'technicalities' mean that they don't make a profit ?

fwiw i do think you'll probably get your bounce with the finals but a bounce only in the bigger picture, sl is probably doing well and they're quite clever in the way they report to make jam sound better than it really is and people still fall for it, in the course of time the jam mentioned always falls away and is conveniently forgotten, forecasts don't materialise, tech contracts get delayed/written off/reduced, payments for ferry's don't happen and get written off, recurring revenue contracts get cancelled/put aside.

i've made far more back through the occasional trade since i sold the lot back in 2015 when i lost confidence (and ebola) in them in the 40's (yes that's 40p and now it's less than 2p i rest my case lol), and likely down far less than those who are still holding and averaging down, no vendetta it was my fault to believe the hype but my loss was manageable and made up elsewhere, the same with any share i've made a loss on (**** happens)

the share interests me only, and dishonourable people who say one thing and do another (be it ceo's or shareholders take your pick) get under my skin enough to bring me back posting here.

The £14.3m was quoted in the 2024 finals. They informed us that they had current annual recurring revenues of £14.3m including DRC therefore for this year (2025).

You're forecasting current year revenues and that's fine, except you're also forecasting jam tomorrow, they were forecasting £14m last year, didn't happen and won't happen this year either I will happily state on record. And one thing you haven't forecast is a profit because you know they won't bridge that gap (ever).

You keep going on about revenues, I'm not interested in revenues, revenue is vanity etc. Where's the profit forecast ? Where's the profit from the last 10/20 years ? The only stupidity would be anyone buying this share based on a whim that the revenues will be higher, and then ramping it on that basis. Enjoy your loss

I've argued your numbers in several posts below you must be blind, I've given your margin forecast on Gabon as half your estimate but the best one was this one:

Not really, there's only one entity I'd like to see out of a job, might actually be the catalyst for a company that has always had unrealised prospects

You talk such rubbish (as well as being dishonourable). What happened to to the DRC you were ramping back in the day ? What happened to Ghana you were ramping back in the day ? If they even get paid for Gabon (which I also doubt, in which case it'll be loss making) it will be on pitiful margins and far lower revenue than forecast, you heard it here first (unless Misty or Yrabs got there first), it's always the same with these guys jam tomorrow

They will have priced Gabon to get the business imo. They got lucky with the price of SL and given it on a plate, Ghana proved they had to go low to get business
