I've been in and out fortunately profitably before the last interims, I can't realistically list it all here but there are several factors involved for me in those interims, ie non recurring profit, market pressures etc, there's also the elephant in the room regarding how they fared through the wet winter. It's also an illiquid share so can go fast both ways, it's worth having a read through of those interims again

I keep looking in and am indecisive myself here having last sold at 133, when it turns it might turn quickly

Stockopedia also notes that it's very weather dependant, "While the Summer period was very dry, Autumn was wetter. It is probably too soon to call whether this will have been a headwind for the company in H2". Winter was very wet as we all know

Also note it's somewhat illiquid and maybe why we are seeing it fall every day, falling knife is what I see and I think we need to see a trading update before we can see an upturn

Much as Zenith may be in the right, in the unlikely event that the original ruling is annulled (based on history) it will take forever to have a new court case and decision, all the time requiring ongoing additional funding to continue arbitration, and even if they win they don't get paid as how long is it now that they won that circa £9m ? about a year ? and still not a penny of proceeds in their bank account. Whats the point ?

i take it back about robbie burns holding, he's changed his spreadsheet this week to say he sold his holding of 150 on 20/11/25 at 2120, i checked - there were no trades of that size on that day and he he never relayed his sell on nhis blog so what a crock of ****e it seems he is and obviously has spies on these shares. not impressed robbie

It might help to know that Robbie Burns bought this last September at 2300 and appear to still hold if his blog is anything to go by, at the time of buying he said:

Bought under £20 personally so also prepared to wait
