You can't buy or sell a bean while they're in suspension. Hl can't do anything for holders and if the share never comes out of suspension you'd be left with shares you'd be unlikely to be able to sell anywhere. Aim has its own rules so that if a company remains suspended for a set amount of time it automatically delists. I hope that helps answer your question.

On 19/12/24 Zenith was awarded $9m in court proceedings against Tunisia. Over a year later there is still no clarity on when/if/how Zenith is ever going to receive these funds, what's the point of going to court with all the costs and time involved if they're not going to press for payment, are the upcoming proceedings in more cases against Tunisia going to be an equal case of a waste of funds/time ?

Just out of interest I noted the sharp drop in the share price today, whilst I don't currently have any shares I did see the directors purchases at 1p, did anyone else manage to get an offer at this price or was it a deal done purely for the directors ?
