The last paragraph is fine, the Company was never going to break even without sales, it says that we have a strong pipeline so once contracts come in we will be making profit and the finance will be repaid.

Plenty of news to come over next couple of months, and creating Revenue within 6 months.

It does add some possitivity (whilst waiting on tenders) in that T/O is up on last year. We know that costs are down so we cant be to far away from break even. Also the amount of new money borrowed isnt huge so again showing break even and profit arent far away.

Babs why 6p that would give an M/Cap of under £12m. There are JORC estimates of over $700m of easily extracted minerals. Commercial production is 12-18mths away with trial mining before, so plenty of good news flow on the way.

Yes but the bit I dont get is that the $521m is additional and after the oversubscribed initial placing which gave it an M/Cap of £10m. Still confused.

Being relatively new to minerals can someone explain why, if a report under Jorc estimates an additional $521m of Nickel and Copper, the M/Cap is only £10.5m? Especially when the Company is well funded and has two Directors who hold over 46% of the company and whom have been very successful in this area before. Confused.

A good chunk, if not all, of my holding will be kept in until takeover (which I think will happen) so I will let GT and Cascade negotiate my sell out price. The current/ongoing SP is only relevant if I decide to topslice and that will be in to double figures.

Main listing by 21 February 2019 but still based on 2017 results so Company must be very confident of a strong second half of 2017.

To close to call for me you would expect that a premium would be paid at that large a trade if it was a buy or a discount if it was a sell. I cant see either. If I had to call it I would say it was a buy.

Hi Brand Yes I read it the same as you it is the Bus Manufacturers which are the Customers, these are then supplying to Egged. I also take from that that these are new busses. Egged has a fleet of nearly 3,000. So plenty of scope for retro-fits.
