Yes, great news. Hopefully RNS will clarify the close relationship with multi-billion dollar company Mobileye.

We know the results aren't going to be brilliant but hopefully there should be something positive, contracts/Mobileye/cascade. I personally think it will be Cascade putting in next $2m in early. Here's to a gud un.

Cascade did declare their holding officially see RNS's. I don't think they have been acquiring behind the scenes unles they were the mystery £8888 buyers a few months back, but I doubt it. No one has been acquiring over the the last couple of months hense the stagnant SP.

There are several RNS all with good news in them, but still the SP drops. Those that are wise will read the RNSs and buy and wait for the market to wake up.

The SP and its lack of movement is unbelievable, the cost saving of 470K is equivelant to 0.25p of SP alone. Never mind the fact that trial mining will start early next year with great news to date and plenty more news due to come.

Greater of 1m lbs or 20% seems to suggest that it is Berkeley restriction. If 20% = 1m lbs at todays spot price of $20.50 per lb then that is annual turnover of over $100m.

The taking up of the options at 10p+ is certainly a key event for the short term SP. If they do then Cascades confidence in the Company should filter in to the SP. If they dont then they might be cutting their losses and hanging their initial $2m to fend for itself. I am still curious about the timing of the options 20 October, 8 months after the first investment. 8 months is an unusual timeframe. Is there a reason why October?

I think the 85p Options are great, they must be taken up otherwise they will be ruining their other 28% holding. Its an almost guaranteed premium funding.

Full Ask being paid, Can sell well above bid, SP can move on £1K trade so could see a tick up today with one small buy.

RNS 25 May 2017 "The Company is pleased to confirm that the personal guarantee previously provided by Gidon Tahan (Chairman and CEO of SerVision) in connection with the subscription has ceased following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares to Cascade. Gidon Tahan received no payment nor any other benefit for providing this guarantee."

Cascade can lose, they paid a premium, I presume after a great detail of research. They tried to get as many safeguards in the deal for themselves as possible but they can lose. We will go to main market regardless of the results because the deal effectively forces us to - I presume on Cascade's insistence. If we dont any new money raised will have to go to repaying Cascade at 11.3p if we do go to main market, then that is SEV performing all of its contractual agreements. The PG by GT is finished and was to do with the issuing of the initial $2m of shares.

Its a five year deal with option of additional 2. It has a minimum order value to so some guaranteed sales.

Good to get this BB back to what it was - shame about the SP which has been battered. In the last 12 trade there has been only 1 over £1,000 (admittedly 2 in 13) and th SP rose it was worse on the way down with the SP moving on virtually non existent volume. The reason, apart from MMs being ???? Is that there is such a small free float here. Sentiment is returning and there is small free float. Yes dlibrately rampy but also my honest true opinion.

@Brand I have helped hide money from several soon to be divorced wives, but fortunately for a public listed company it's a lot harder to do. A security bond would not have requiredYA, I think GT would have given one ,as previously, should it be needed. @Ahmir the results are actually due any day now, the latest date is the end of September, there is no reason why they cant be tomorrow. Anyone going to the AGM can ask why the delay. I may ask the NOMAD tomorrow to push for timely release. I had conversations (electronic) with them about the final ones and they were pushing the Company to get them out as early as possible. To me it isn't about the past nor where the money has gone (we know it has and the results are still shit),but about future contracts and profit. We are still in a very good place whereby we have funding for the next year we just need those contracts to drop.

Yet another AIM share where MMs will drop SP on a few relatively minor sales but wont raise it with some descent size buys, some at full ask.
