No but realistically if the right RNS drops then it will be 7p at this time next week. It does depend on the RNS but indications are that it is coming.

I think one of the points by Daz is that at the time Sev needed the cash then Mobileye's hands (and Intel's) would have been tied by the NDA and other restraints. Neither would have wanted to let Sev go to an unrelated third party so Cascade SVP could have been set up to protect the Sev asset for a later date. If the S and P do stand for Special and Purpose then it would be simple to buy Cascade to own 30%.

Fortunately Amir you are incorrect. There is Synergy and Strategic fit. Intel/Mobileye would not be buying us because we could make say �5m they would be buying us because combined we could make them say �100m. GT is a wise man and knows that it is the value to them not the profits it makes which will effect a takeover price. Cascade also know this and with a 25% stake will ensure that it will be considerably higher than 11p per share.

The SP is at rock bottom, we have finance in place and I dont think that Cascade is factored in to the SP any more. So if Cascade do come a long with $2m at 10.4p in about 3 weeks what will it do to the SP 6p+. If they dont SP will stay where it is. I think I will shove in a further 2-3K in a couple of weeks for a short term play/gambe.

@bjorn Full listing has already been announced and confirmed on several RNSs so no need to mention it again. Process will commence early 2018.

The lowest sell is 2.02 but the bid is 1.5 and the spread is 50% - its rediculous. Put the bid to the true Sale price and the headline drop is more realistic.

If Mr 32K buy yesterday and Mr 32K sell today are the same person then they spiked themselves and have made a �184 loss. Except on news this is not a trading share because the MMs keep the spread to big. The investment case is all there to be read, and those that have read it are happy to invest.
