He could easily have done no placing taken his options which for you would have pushed the SP up to 3.4p and beyond, sold them in to the rise and walked away with an easy £3.2m.

I think he is looking at the bigger picture for UKOG, himself and us.

SS has 85m Options so he does feel the dilutions, perhaps he know that the price per share will be higher even after the dilution once the cash raised is invested.

He has paid for them by working for the Company, they are part of his Remuneration package.

There is more than the HH play PEDL234 is 100% owned and larger the additional funds will allow us to simultaneously go after this rather than wait for HH to pay dividends. Its an aggressive strategy and one I personally am happy with.

I am looking forward to the RNSs regarding the 2 new PEDL234 "sweetspot" sites, they are now fully funded. One has already been found with planning going in.

If it can be commercially extracted then we can add more wells I think current SP is still undervalued if HH Portland comes good. If Kimmerage comes good then. Tbc

Portland alone has 32mbo at 50usd profit per barrel. Do the Math, if HH Portland comes in then UKOG is under valued on its 32.5 stake. If Kimmerage comes in then the biggest rampers estimated will be smashed.

I believe that after today YA are out, or at least until 15 August. I understand their MO they don't take risks and turn cash over at a very at a high return. Nothing wrong with exiting a share after being initially positive, but why keep posting once exited unless it is to get back in at a lower price.

It isn't about flow rates its about getting it to flow commercially firstly (more wells can always be added) and then confirm the 32m barrels in Portland.

UKOGs share of the profit on Portland alone can be $520m.

Trial mining should break even, and costs can be deferred easily.

There should be no need for funding until after trial mining and once the results are through then the SP will be a lot higher than this.

The quarters ended 15 February, 15 May so next one is 15 August. YA can convert another £1.5m before 15 August. Its all there in the RNS if you care to read.

I don't think finance has anything to do with the delay. It wont take much money to fund and there has been savings in the past.
It is the Licence which is causing the delay. Once received trail mining will commence, if/when a fund raise is needed it will be after the results of the trial mining and the SP will be way north of where it is now.
