CQC upgrades South West London NHS 111 service rating

Totally plc (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, is delighted to announce that its South West London NHS 111 service, part of the Vocare group ("Vocare"), has today been rated as 'Good' across all performance measures following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission ("CQC").

When i cam across this company nearly fell off my chair , so sold a company call ENW and invest the proceeds here at 1.7p.
ENW made me 50% and sold at the top which has never recovered.
The point is when is the shares double or triple i do not reinvest , so the greatest risk for me is the large investment at the beginning.

Only 5 weeks away from Trading update , should also expect more extension and new contract wins delayed from March last year.

Tanz Gov have 20% interest in the same stake at Wentworth which was given , so there is no interest from the government to let this asset to start producing, the only grace is the gas pipeline which is five to ten years away.

The lack of information by CEO regarding the marine division would appear to investor as desperate, hence why share price low.

Must say future looking very bright for Totally as explained earlier , with the increase in staff and compliance director taking the company from medium to HIGH standard awards from the NHS we are in a good place.
Only negative the short term extensions due to Covid 19 . which will resume back to normal after epidemic has been eliminated.

The assets in Ukrnafteburenie could be frozen as "US sanctions Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky over corruption" this also includes JKX near 30% of the shares.
This will not effect JKX or Ukrnafteburenie shareholders , but on a positive the shares could be sold from the holding of Ukrainian oligarch Kolomoisky .
Ukrnafteburenie is of interest as may be listed on stock market in which JKX holds 10% holding and estimate worth of $30 Million to JKX.

6 Months ago you got reply's from the CEO , now nothing and there's two things going on.
1) in discussions with a buyout - closed period
2) so busy in operations in volume has caught then off guard

Think you will find that there is now a back log of over 10 million operations/consultant in the NHS
This will bold well for Totally Health care that is contract free to carry out theses defers as per guidance on rules of NHS for cheaper costs.

Phimx does Oldblue hold shares now , from looking at the past he buys on the lows and sells on the highs.
In this case been stuck as share has stagnated and stuck , then anyone is stuck if they buy shares here.

If the marine business is sold im out , will delight in the share price rise but sad to see the only one main profit making machine sold.

Proger with Gazprom in Uzbekistan for the development of the Djel gas field

Proger has recently enriched its portfolio of international projects reaching a new important milestone by signing a contract with ZarubezhneftGaz Central Asia for the development of the important Djel gas field in Uzbekistan on behalf of Gazprom International.

Proger is in fact working on the feasibility study of a new greenfield project to be built in a desert area without roads, utilities and services, not far from the Shakhpakhty block, which will last five years and will include two construction phases.

The depreservation of four exploration wells will be carried out will be carried out during the first phase, along with the construction of the first production line of a treatment unit (GTU) with a capacity of 150 million cubic meters of gas per year and the construction of a gas pipeline of 251 km “Djel CGTU – Karakal****a CS” and a booster compression station.

The drilling and commissioning of six production wells and the construction of the second production line of the treatment unit will be carried out in the second phase as this will help to double the annual production up to 300 million cubic meters of gas and 4,200 tons. of condensed gas per year.

This project marks an important result for Proger in the oil & gas sector thanks to the know-how acquired in the last 25 years by developing complex projects in different countries of the world alongside some of the largest energy companies at international level.
