Yes taken this into account , Interactive Investor Services Nominees Limited is for private investors and do not expect the shares to be sold.

Trades by looking at the round numbers mostly above 200k shares we are now looking at a overhang of 18 million , it would appear that the lack of interest has dropped there sale value in order to go to there next raise in the market.
You may say well that was my sale but have taken into account the following
200k sale = 15% PI
300k sale = 10% PI
500k sale = 2% PI
Most PI buy with what you have in your back pocket money and this gives you odd amounts of shares , then you have the OCD PI that buy shares with there back pocket money then later purchase low amount of shares in order that the number are even. The extreme OCD PI just buy even numbers no matter what spare change they have.
As for private company's they love even numbers and in size.
Could be completely wrong but based on maths that's where we are.
So the debate on why share price is low , MMs know there are sellers and will try and maintain the price of the raise and ask why.
Easy question if these specialized company's made loses on money raised then the system designed to help would not work in the future cash raises.
So we are stuck until the shares are sold then no real rises and they do not care to hold for larger term gains as thats not there set up plan.

To be fair they are following the law , to use all possible action without using court action.
If they did not follow law then if taken to court could be used against Cadogan for not allowing process.

Supply and demand in the NHS , as for tax payer money to pay for Totally then that's ok as long as we get value for money.
If for example we direct employ and we achieve a cost for 130% more then that's not value for money.
Competition has always been key to test your staff against contractors ; in the real world contractors are used for near 40% of the work and direct staff 60%. Why flexibility when work runs dry.

Hence why Totally fill the gap , and may remind that agency staff are a waste of money as cost NHS a vast amount then set contracts i.e Totally

As for shares sold or buy , MMs control the price within a certain parameter but if the shares go south or north beyond there control then markets control the outcome i.e more then 10%.
Also MMs can reset the price in the morning up or down , was bemused that a share held went up daily not by shares sold but MMs upping each day and mainly in tight held shares.

Be very surprised if Microsoft buys out Loopup , why and that's simple competition rules and would be seen to be taking out Loopup as no1 provider of secure mobile/telephone to cloud based conference calls.
Mind you thinking about this , there is no conflict except Loopup own platform.

Totally are saving Tax payers money , my wife works as a Intensive care nurse and its the multiple management that are the problem , if the NHS was run as a private company then you would save money by having one system ( IT ) and transfer staff to areas needed when in short supply.
Totally carry out this function , also note that since the NHS has started there has always been a insource of private company's and that will never change.
