I follow everyone views that's why its a chat forum , done my research on Totally over 18 months ago and invested.
Its a diamond that will grow among some of the lesser aim company's , fundamental's are essential when investing that being this company was debt free , growth expanding. Down side was margins was tight 4% , depended on short term contracts now that's has changed lately but not when first invested , shift in politics for NHS. New Totally Health care created after invested and has greater margins , White Paper that rewards company's providing excellence and rewards in kind.
What have read in the white paper is a shift away from short term benefits , the focus on long term contracts ( interpretation is a major shift from agency staff in which the agency makes 60% gross profit )
Example which has been in the press a high court ruled that sleep overs for care homes is not regarded as pay per hour but a shift work and not subject to hourly rates ( as it stands Agency receives £100 and gets a sleep over at a care home 10pm to 6pm the carer gets £29.5 )
If this was long term contract if using Totally the admin side and profit combines to 20% with the rest to the employee but charges £90 . the upside is the carer getting more for the night shift sleep over.

Now you can see the
