There lays the catch loan agreement which party B loans money to Party A , security of shares.

Solo in the last 3 years went from just over 3p to 1p also need to add dilution in the pot.
For the average investor on this forum look at the RNS and Share price for Sirocco it only shows 3 months.
Scirocco are going to have to raise soon as living on a $5 million loan not going to last long , already used $1million in admine and consult fees
As for Wentworth its a long shot but it would be only if AEX was bought first.

Scirocco Energy - name change from solo
Why name change and its a simple answer , computers do not like name changes and in this regards in more detail RNS, so you change the name the company but still has the same registered address.
What happens its simple Scirocco on paper has only existed for 3 months , all the past RNS are deleted , so for the PI investor the information to research gets harder.
The Information is never deleted and good research will always get what you need.
Now in Scirocco case or solo if you did deep you will find consultants fees and arrangement fees from our scottish investors in there millions , but hang on Scirocco or in past Solo are a minority holder and the JV running the project what was that purpose on advice.
Solo investors have lost 92% invested , used to chat there but can not find the energy to be objective as feel sorry for them.

So the main reason is to accelerate the oil recovery not the gas.

My assumption is over a period of time gas built up in the well and overcame the water problem , but once production started its revert back to a trickle over time.
Block energy know this and needs the water pump installed in order for gas to escaped at the higher end of the well once free of water.
