Nice post , Company's do not like paying out so alternatives in Bio plastic are way forward.
What i do like is Biome is a pure play in plastics from Vegetation , there are others like ITX but are different angles in commercial terms and no conflict at present.
In Europe we have the standard size for Vegetables which means unshapely ones are disregarded , Biome takes these to be made into bio plastics , as with Tree guards theses are made from trees and end of life are disposed of by compositing away naturally.
Was at Tesco in the Early 90s a new tescos was built the trees plant young with tree guards , guess what theses are now full trees with the plastic tree guards still present plus the rubber band.

My view that the labeling is incorrect and retract the statement on fertilizer , good job we have dedicated group on this forum.

But still ITX was around this time and the itaconic copolymer was developed , the patient for maleic itaconic copolymer as we know is the formulation of chemicals which can included other Patients.
The prime example is Proctor & Gamble with the most patients with ITX chemicals.

You can see the confusion , its minor errors but you can not have the same name in chemicals

Hi DeepFeckinvalue take your point but chemicals are my point and AVAIL have now upgraded there product with ITX chemicals.
Simple as that , also the chemical was first found last month in a asia country for fertilizers.
Also its not AVAIL who have made this product but Verdesian Life Sciences who licence to AVAIL
