This may seem strange but if the seller of a major stock holding in this case be 60% wants to sell there holdings then what the base of which shareholders above have there say,
In other word does there need to be a 75% or 90% vote on a deal to take private or taking over by another company.
Would it be in the interest of the buyer that a deal may already taken place and that the seller required small holders to not have a say by announcing a fire sale and brokers to scare the shareholders then buy there stock at cheap value

Just to let you know was looking at the history of gas and oil discovery's in the country and based on this estimated it would be 3 months to connect to the mains , this said main that the country is set in its was regarding permits and this takes time in government . yes they want the gas but they have a responsibility to ensure that all is correct as it is this will take longer now then the 8 weeks said.
Its all positive news and theirs company s out there that do not have multiple wells that are ready , test apply and confirm no other company will connect for free ( purchaser ) of cost without the confirmation of gas flow and rate decline.
