Think we are excepting the main share holder will offer to buy the company private , as the CEO of the company for less then 3 months had good insight of operations and decided a fair value to take private and as which also supplies the money to the company.
So its not interest of this company failing , one nuclear option once taken private is to stop trading reduce staff level by 90% and collect the outstanding loan values in repayments , this would equal the stock market value in repayments.
If a offer is made it needs 90% backing as this would be a hostile takeover by the main shareholder adding that there are some mayor holdings i.e MIC Capital Partners (Public) Parallel Cayman, LP (Fund) now up to 7.48% , this would imply a buyout of over 58 pence to make MIC Capital at profit unless they keep hedging lower.
As always just looking at figures have no idea and putting them together
