Commencement of Construction of Micro Combined Heat and Power Verification Boiler



Inspirit Energy Holdings plc, the AIM listed developer of micro combined heat and power boilers, is pleased to announce that it has commenced construction of its first verification unit boiler.



The verification unit is currently being assembled at the Company's Sheffield development facility and, following final in-house testing, will be shipped to the independent international consultants, Enertek International Ltd ("Enertek") (www.enertekinternational.com) for testing conformance with the European Gas Appliance Directive. Enertek specialise in product research, design, development and certification. The purpose of this testing is to accredit the unit for field trial deployment in a commercial, potential customer setting, outside of a laboratory environment.



Paddy Thompson, Sales Director of Inspirit Energy, commented:

"Field trials are an essential first step on the route to market for our micro combined heat and power boiler. Inspirit is committed to ensuring that only fully tested products which meet both our internal quality standards and external certification requirements are brought to market. Collaboration Agreement with the CIBSE



Inspirit Energy Holdings plc, the AIM listed developer of micro combined heat and power boilers, is pleased to announce it has entered into a collaboration agreement with the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).



The agreement is to enable the CIBSE to produce a formal peer review, by evaluating Inspirit's micro-CHP boiler, the "Inspirit Charger", against other micro-CHP products currently available in the market. The peer review will be available to CIBSE members, the Government and its stakeholders, providing impartial information as to the application and benefits within regulatory assessment measures of this new and very exciting development in heat and power delivery for homes and commercial properties.



The CIBSE is the standard setter and leading authority on building services engineering in the UK. It publishes guidance and codes, which are internationally recognised, as well as setting the criteria for best practice in the profession.



The Company and the CIBSE seek to further the understanding and recognition of micro-CHP as both a way of reducing heating costs and also lowering building emissions under the Climate Change Act.



The CIBSE will commence the project immediately, providing project management, execution and implementation in order to gather the data necessary to produce a report. Inspirit will provide access to its field trial data as well as offering technical and commercial guidance. It is expected that the final report will be published by the end of 2017.

The problem is the shares will be sold to the likes of Milton and then slowly dump the shares , as long as share price stays above 120p then they have made a profit

Milton are selling there holding as made 70% on there investment , Richard sneller just taking advantage.
It be good for Milton to sell there share then at least the share price will rise again

Until the European have un-banned this product on false information , one that truly shows politics at its highest level and its my understanding that this is still the case.

That's mad , anyway Wasted Heat conversion is only solution.
