Not sure if this helps ref Hatch Waxman anticipated results. It is from the Placing RNS dated 15th March and I think it means end September?
“On 23 December 2020 Polarean announced that the Company had received confirmation of acceptance of its NDA by the FDA. The FDA has confirmed that the review will follow the standard review time frame with a target PDUFA action date of 5 October 2021. The NDA included a request for Hatch Waxman protection, which in conjunction with the Orange Book may lead to 5-7 years of regulatory market exclusivity for the Company's products. It is anticipated that FDA feedback will be received on the potential label and Hatch Waxman grant by the end of September 2021.”

I topped up twice yesterday and am obviously sitting on a loss. I considered buying again today. Fortunately my limits with HL never triggered even though the price was lower. I have sat watching the SP bomb lower and lower, I’m getting quoted 24.14p now and every time I refresh the quote it’s lower still.
Too much for me, I’m holding but definitely no more buys.

Soup, I must admit to not understanding the risk involved in traders churn of NFX especially with a large spread. Every now and again I will track and buy and sell an ETF or a FTSE 100 company with a short term outlook and make a small profit but if the market etc turns I am happy to hold.
I hope, like many of us here, to recoup some (or all) of my losses but this is not a stock I would like to “trade in”.

Well today I have topped up twice on a share because first it dropped 5% and then a further 5%. Must be bonkers, I think it’s called “catching a falling knife” syndrome. The psychology of investing can be very strange. I have invested cash in a non conviction stock because I thought it was cheap instead of putting it in POLX which is a fantastic stock and which I was hoping would ultimately grow a fairly small SIPP into something a bit more significant. What a plonker.

Hope you’re right Tonka and Chas and I too still believe in CF. Bit dispiriting though to see the price drop down over 8%, putting even this morning’s buy well in the red. The SP seems to be dropping like a stone.

Yes Phantom, my largest top up was at 138.95 on the 27th May and I am relatively new to Angle so most of my purchases have been at the top end. But I have done my research, listened to AN’s presentations including the recent AGM and am excited for the future. Even newbies I think will be rewarded.

It’s a genuine question as I was lucky enough to have POLX recommended to me last May by my broker and have been accumulating as and when ever since. Good luck however you proceed. I am hoping to add a few more if I can before October.

Agreed DDB. IMO PadRock’s twitter is way out of order. Yes CF has been unwise in some of his optimistic timelines and he must be a CFO’s nightmare with some of his cooments. But that Twitter was massively disrespectful to CF who has transformed an ailing company, plowed money in and worked his ar*e off. Not a good day for the SP and I will admit to having had some reservations, but I will hold and trust CF’s business acumen and ambition. GLA

Yes, Researcher1, I wish we were invited to the “discount party”. I understand why companies raise funds this way and this has been very professionally done but a level playing field with the big boys would be nice when I’m parting with my hard earned cash. Anyhow, minor gripe and see if I can pick some up this morning.

I view the raise as a positive and have long since accepted that PI’s often get less advantageous terms than II’s. I use limits for most of my trades as I can’t always be at my desk but tomorrow I want to be there at the start of trading. I have come to Angle late in the day and am looking to top up when I can. Excited for the future.
