But , -yes but -, If a big paper mill wanted to lift its sales of selling reels of paper, surly a guaranteed way of doing that would be too snap up a household paper selling company ? Like accrol , that seems to make good sense to me ? And there is plenty of these types of companies who are diverse enough to swallow up accrol ?

In saying all I said !!!t his could be a fantastic investment longer term at around the current share price , , as buffet says the time to sometimes go into buy shares is when most people are exiting a company ?! When the H&S fine is out of the way the company should bounce back some. But the confidence in the company will take a long time to get back if ever, But everyone uses toilet roll roll !! I THINK !! And accrol will recover or be snapped up by a larger company . Worth a punt at these levels I think ?!

Thank goodness I didn't buy this turkey. I read the prospectus and remembered the line saying about the risk with paper and reel prices, and how easily the companies fortunes depended on it's current paper price, and it looked like a very small move in that paper price could leave the company in trouble, at the time everything else looked fantastic ,but I remembered that vunerability in the companies business plan, but for that to happen so quickly after flotation is a appalling out come for its shareholders, it's disgraceful and there should be multiple parties held accountable. Was I lucky or what.

Yes it would be a excellent idea to keep this forum open, as imagination/ cayon bridges case against Apple could be followed for any information that floats around on the world wide Webb , And we can all congratulate each other when we get our fair share from Apple's coffers .but I wouldn't advise anyone to hold there breathe waiting on that settlement, LOL GLA

Nedhammers the possible settlement money should in theory be paid to all shareholders who owned imagination shares on the qualifying dates / held onto the shares at delisting . The settlement money probably would be paid by check and posted to shareholders addresses or sent to your accounts brokers , but I stress get this confirmed by your own brokers as mistakes do happen. I bought my shares in September 15000 shares and still didn't get any offer documents or takeover vote !!! So ask your broker to confirm by email that your definitely registered for that scheme if Apple pays out. I would expect you to be ok ,but always double check just in case . Good luck sir .

Nedhammers also you should qualify with you owning imagination shares from 2 November until delisting to qualify for any possible settlement against Apple / 50% of any possible payout from Apple. Good luck sir.

Cayon bridges has bought 100% of imagination technologies everyone will get there �1.82 per share and every shareholder who holds the shares online brokers etc or anywhere Will get there accounts credited with the appropriate amounts of money around the 17---20th of November. Imagination technologies is now a privately owned company owned by canyon bridges who can keep it private or realist it on any stock markets if they wish to do so.

Who would have believed it Apple actually told the truth ,and really didn't want imagination after all, But is it telling the truth about not infringing on imaginations IP , WELL we we see ,LOL !!!???

The last day of dealings in imagination Is tomorrow closing at 4.30 and the shares are then formally suspended at 7.30 Friday morning and then anyone holding on to the shares on the 3rd of Nov the record of the scheme, will qualify for any possible pay out from Apple's possible settlement. It's all on that live RNS which most people will have already read and know. Tell you the truth I can't wait for this to be formalised and rubber stamped in case any more revelations come out about anyone else in canyon bridges LOL. Well arm stated its definitely interested in buying imagination but it didn't want to get into a biding war with cayon bridges, so there definitely is a safety net should cayon bridges fail for any reason. The twist and turns when investing LOL

The reason the offer will sail through is simply that there is currently no higher offer ,and without it imagination technology would have a share price around 75p and at the complete mercy of Apple's ruthless Corporate manoeuvres, and we would only see a higher share price if ARMS Softbank stepped in to save the day, and that probably would happen albeit at a slightly lower price ? I think arm possibly would buy imagination but it definitely didn't want to get into a bidding war with cayon bridges/ China's wealthy bank / China's obsession to buy plant earth, I definitely remember reading a small clip about Tim cook being asked several months after Apple walked away from a possible offer for imagination and he said to the reporter who asked why Apple didn't make a offer for imagination and he definitely said we still might buy imagination and walked away , I trawled through hundreds of leads about imagination before I found that we clip but couldn't find it again to check it again , but I assure you tim cook did say that off the cuff remark to a reporter. So who knows it maybe something or maybe nothing., it won't belong before we know for sure. �1.82 it's not a fair offer for imaginations I P but it's the best offer on the table right now and I'm really not To disappointed, cash is king. What bothers me is if Apple really can't go it alone with its own complete CPU and without infringing imaginations IP then there could be substantial royalties ahead , but imagination won't know for sure un Til they get there hands on Apple's new CPU And that won't be for possibly a few years.. Yes apples 10% , that is a strange position for Apple to hold onto that when it knew imaginations value would plunge after apples bomb shell announcement, the logical thing to do is to dump that holding several months before that announcement, and show imagination that it is serious about its true intentions So only? possibly ?could apple be waiting until next Tuesday to be 100% sure that all existing shareholders and imaginations management are happy to accept �1.82 after they vote ,and then offer �2.10 ??? I have a relative who works for Apple in cupertino and she's familiar with the Apple and imagination legal position and she expressed that Apple will definitelyl settle this dispute , when and for how much is still being discussed .
