I know no one on here likes to talk about CDT as there are bigger things in play but CIZ is benefitting from the rise there. the 395,460 shares which were worth roughly $500k last week is now worth $1.1m, I would have thought that is going some way toward the rise.
- if the vwap has to be over $5 then the this has already happened when the SP of CDT tumbled the Vwap would have been on or around $5 at some stage s the BoD could of exercised option. If they have missed the boat and we need the SP to be over vwap to be over $5 again then that is now out of the BoD hands and ay not reach that before our option expires.
- The SP of CDT may never get higher than it is now before Feb and we are sat on our hands. the longer we leave it the less control we will have.
our MCAP is £2.5m, currently if we had exercised out option with the full 976,000 shares we could show that investment would be around £1.9m alone! add in the rest of the investment and we would be well above our MCap in live investments!
The market does not trust the BoD to make the right choice otherwise this would be a BUY at these levels.
Exactly. No value for shareholders while the option remains unexercised. We only have till Feb to exercise it. Honestly can't see any reason why we haven't. As always the BoD could put any speculation to bed with an update!
Despite the positive movement from CDT, VELA stays stuck at lows, proving that the market has now disconnected VELA from CDT as we have not exercised the option which is fair enough.
Perhaps a quarterly update could update us to why we haven't exercised the option.
I have just done my votes for the AGM and obviously voted against reappointing Emma Wilson. I honestly do not think we have heard anything from her.
As BigDave highlighted our illustrious BoD have a combined 1.5m shares between them equating to the massive sum of £240!!!! Let that sink in
