We definitely do NOT have over £1m of shares in CSFS!! We have about £130k worth down from our original investment of £350k!

As things stand at the time of writing fair value would equate to and SP of 0.45

So CDT currently over $6 making our investment worth over £5m yet our SP hasn't moved!!

We are now currenlty valued at nearly 50% of the value of our investments.

Mcap - £3.7m

Investments value - £6.9m

So we are now valued some £3.2m below fair value.......

Why do people think we are valued so far below fair value?

Yeah agreed BigDave. They would have sold something to pay for these wages and at a considerable loss no doubt. We don't need 3 directors to monitor one share.

Yeah agreed. They will have been selling something for a loss unless they sold some TRYB.

I also agree they will not have anything to do except monitor the CDT price moving forward and selling when they deem appropriate (we are still unclear on the overall strategy for this). Hopefully Emma is voted out today as I can see no point moving forward why we need 3 directors to do effectively nothing. Save the company a chunk of change every month.

SP largely moved so far today, sounds about right.

Do you not think the rise has anything to do with the fact CDT is up over 40% adding over £1m to our investment value?! The SP did nothing all day until CDT started to move.

I agree. Great volume in CDT as well today. You would like to think we have sold some into this rise but you never know. I don't suppose the BoD will be able to say anything about selling at the AGM unless they RNS first. I can't remember who mentioned it but I agree with the strategy of offloading our initial investment (£2.75m) and leaving the rest in CDT to hopefully increase further. What they do with that cash is for another discussion though.

13% spread, MMs did this last Friday. Made the spread massive and stifle any buys.

I assume the BoD have set a limit sell on some or all our shares with their broker. 100k sell at $5 would give them enough working capital for a year!

Yup our CDT investment currently worth over £4m! wonder when or if the market will ever react?!

I am no fan of the BoD but what news are you expecting the BoD to release?! They have exercised the option before the AGM and probably thought that would be enough.

At the time of writing CDT is up 12% which represents an increase of £400k on our investment yet our SP has gone down.

No one wants to buy this share then! Judging by the fact we are in the red today you would be forgiven for thinking that the CDT share price went down another 17%, not increased! Anyway the gap between Mcap and Investment value widens further:

Investments Value - £5.6m

Rapidly getting toward being valued at HALF the value of our investments!
