Fair value on current revenue is about 15p imo

Keith, if they could off load the property side I am sure they would, easier said than done

Keith, It was a private company and to exploit and max its potential and reach it needs a listing.

Drum owned 25% and now have 100%

The owners have not sold out they are now 2 of the largest shareholders

Research their website, look at the annual results released last week and have a listen ton the Sunday roast interview from Sunday 21st with Kerry Chambers COO and listen to the coverage for yesterday

It’s my view, I have just over 4% of the share register

5 individuals have over 50% which means only 60m shares on the open market

No debt or CLN’s / warrants and £1m in the bank and revenue creative

MCap was £4.5m with 25% acuity ownership and now £6m MCap with 100% acuity ownership and £1m in the bank

I will let others decide on the valuation and how they value it

10 times multiplier

Can see it getting taken over in the future

Gartner rate this highly in their peer groups and having had an account with them I fully understand it

I may be wrong, but think this is my next big multi bagger

I bought 8% of PXEN at 2/3p when nobody wanted it so let’s see

Fundamentals look set for proper investment vehicle

Focus on the fundamentals, infrastructure in place in Italy and Spain and the organic assets

would be my advice and let the shareholders buy and sell as they see fit

Cashed up, no dilution and a producer

De risking by the month and turning into a proper gem of a company

Will be very desirable with national grid connections in Italy and Spain

HNWI, Institution's and company admirers will all be taking notice

I had a load before the RTO, took a load in the placing and bought more last week and will look to add further.

I bought another 500k shares yesterday and have about 18m of those 80m and have no interest in selling if that helps you work the puzzle out

I would focus on the long term and the assets / Infrastructure/ balance sheet if I was you

I bought sub 2p and have been adding down here and not selling .

I think this is a great investment vehicle, i have my exit strategy and that doesn’t include selling on the open market
