What is the next news due in a RNS format which is regulated rather than stuff being aired in research notes or interviews

I am a bit distanced from the detail as have rather put these shares in a draw and just hoping a proper multi gets excited with a discovery

Several points

MCap will get to £200m MCap with the organic growth of the current assets imo
Getting the other 51% is a nice to have but also having a JV partner with lots of cash is also lovely

As per Mark’s interview no further dilution is required

Nearly 5m warrants exercised in the last 2 weeks and 24.4m of the 25m legacy warrants now converted over the past few months

Can now fully move on from the previous mgt and look forward to a very exciting future with the Italian and Spanish assets and potentially some new assets

"Approximately 92% of the 25 million 3p warrants originally issued in March 2021 have now been converted with only 1,866,684 3p warrants remaining, which when fully exercised will have generated £750,000 income for the Company.
