here....this drop overdone but saved me 10% on original target buy back price....that I thought I would never have chance to seeing. Think incredible value as an investment. Contract haven't been pulled just delayed into following financial year so too easy a choice. Very tight free float means when it goes it will move fast imo.

Firm already massively undervalued when you look at structure,recent award of contracts, growth scope etc , but if they even named in the running this will go 150p+!! If they are successful and awarded any Trump wall contract well who knows what kind of value city will put on this but it will bring a relatively quiet unknown firmly into the limelight.....huge potential here...huge.

The complete lack of any reasonable transparency/investor communications etc during suspension period was a telling sign. I only have a few giro's in here but some folk I speak to have significant sums at stake. The BoD need to held accountable for current state of play ,totally transparent as to where all the money is and any spent is correctly recorded and traceable.

Now you want my opinion bud. Facts are its in a news void now. Even any good news ie that Noble have renegotiated terms of license with FI gov is factored in or anticipated. Noble will probably revise agreement with ARG but doubt greatly that will be with any additional cherry on top ie they aint about to suddenly enhance terms are they... so also factored in. Okay how about third party sp enhancing news, well that would be from RKH/PMO but there is nothing new to come that aint already out in market and most expect RKH to drift now due to own news void. Potential downsides are ...fact sector is fooked so Noble have to stand full cost of any new rig , mobilisation, demob etc along with commercial balance they really have to be confident of acreage to commit to drilling a series of wells and not just a low cost tester....big ask but guess if they really want stake in FI's its still cheapest route. This does offer Noble chance to ditch and walk away....unlikely but could happen. They've used "force majeure" to cancel terms, why not just say a new agreement will be drawn? Then fact that anyone new with money to invest will look at timelines, ie no sp action for very long period and then opportunities to be had with say UKOG, or another 88E move etc etc, there's always another story somewhere. If somebody "needs" to make their money work hard for them, Tesco don't take promises at checkout's for the weekly shopping, then this will be relatively low on any watch list. In 18mths or 2yrs this could be trading at multiples I agree that. I hope I'm lucky to be here and invested when it does. Facts are you stated or claimed points not mentioned in RNS as being facts that were stated.....okay lets call it blatant fabrication of the truth then....sound bit better than lies despite being pretty much same thing. Jesus there's just no stopping your lies eh.....FIG have NOT as yet extended the license it clearly states that Noble will APPLY for license extension.....there is NO mention of Noble sourcing another rig....please re read the RNS Argos Resources Limited (AIM: ARG.L), the Falkland Islands based company with an interest in the North Falkland Basin announces that it has today received notification from Noble Energy (Noble), the Operator of Licence PL001, in which Argos holds a 5% Overriding Royalty Interest, that it is exercising its rights under the terms of a Farmout Agreement between Noble and Argos to declare Force Majeure. Noble had been planning to drill an exploration well on Licence PL001 which was due to commence shortly using the Eirik Raude drilling rig, which is currently operating in the North Falkland Basin. Due to operational issues with the rig, Noble has cancelled the Rig Contract, leading, in turn, to the notification to Argos of Force Majeure. Noble intends to apply to the Falkland Islands Government for an extension to the current phase of the Licence. The licence requires the drilling of a commitment well to move to the next phase. In addition to the continuation of the Overriding Royalty Interest in the Licence, Noble have confirmed that future cash payments to Argos will be made which will be sufficient to meet the ongoing running costs of the Company. A new Participation Agreement between the parties to reflect the various changes created as a consequence of Force Majeure will replace the Farmout Agreement. If they're scare stories and you KNOW there is no problem with the rig and PMO have issued notice over state of the bogs/how the stewards are doing laundry or cooking the scrambled eggs.....put your money where your mouth is, average down and make full use of this low share price if you know great days ahead. Pls post your buy clearly stating amount bought time etc. Its a no brainer surely

Pete you might want to check the context in how something is said before you try taking **** with your beer goggles on buddy. My point being there is no way they would or would even attempt to issue default notices purely for sake of any terms in their insurance policy. The counter case they would get hit with from Ocean Rig for unjust, unlawful action, abuse of legal process, defamation etc etc would cite amounts sought in 100's of mills that would crash the share price and bonds. Now I'm generally bullish on PMO but they are walking a thin line with financial commitments already while PoO stays range bound 30's , mkt valuing them at 170mill says it all. No way they would issue notices flagrantly and that's what I was trying to hgihlight to the bb pom pom queen. p.s. still having a mare of time with solan

If Chatham is "mothballed" as you say then Rhea will be also. Considering the part Chatham plays on the overall plan for RKH/PMO the serving of notice isn't as you intimate to serve as a prerequisite for insurance policy terms, it has to be a valid...proven...entirely factual assessment of the the rigs operating capabilities and safety in executing its duties. In effect they are stating the owners have been negligent. If they can not prove this fact then the counter claims from Ocean Rig co for wrongful action under several guises would add instantly a potential liability of costs on PMO's balance sheet it could fold the firm.....so back to earlier comment this action is not taken lightly regardless of how you try and flower the situ up. Strict assurances would not cover any real possibility of rig safety during op's, facts do.....and if the facts prove potential failings game over. If there is ANY delay to drilling timetable of Rhea market will price sp to point of failure or never to be revisited until a replacement is actually mobilised....that's how it goes in current climate...hello 2-2.25p. If a pension investment company offered you an investment but stated there's a greater chance it could easily lose 50% of its value in following weeks would you honestly buy it???

It exists, or at least indicators are there to say so considering PMO have served breach notice. Essentially for you to state rigs are cheap and available along with this situation will be resolved I guess you acknowledge the problem also. Yes you are correct Noble are one of the "big boys" as you say but as such possibly more exacting in requirements than PMO ( deep water horizon put a stop to cutting corners) so if rig is not up to scratch can't for initial operator can't see Noble taking any different view.

and where then do you see the share price going if they have to secure another rig....how quickly do you think operators can secure rigs.....how likely would they do that in current climate, pls remember cost will jump from 1 well 60-70mill to multi wells 300-400mill. Anyways just my own thoughts, take it or leave it
