That can't be true. Commercially sensitive info can't be kept quiet for a month. TB himself sold shares days before a delay was announced last year.

TB is no longer in control. The fact he's sold shouldn't be seen that bad news is imminent. I see it as a positive tbh. The way he's treated shareholders has been disgraceful.

He has the option to buy 14,801,756 new shares at 1.4p. As these are new shares it will dilute us slightly. He can then sell them at market value if he wishes.

If TB wants out then we can expect the remaining 14M to be exercised and flogged very soon. Theres always the chance he'll keep them for the rise upward. Time will tell, hopefully good riddance to him.

Im certain we'll get some news soon on the P2F material being used in ventilation systems (Volz). Cut the material to bigger sizes, make it thicker for industrial use... who knows. They are clearly looking beyond masks either way.
