The RNS said it will be ready to depart on the 24th, not that it will (although hopefully it will). I guess at the time they couldn't confirm as we had a lot of unknowns (brexit, blocked borders etc).

The finished machine will be ready to depart the manufacturers premises on 24th December 2020, the date of arrival in Nottingham is not known, the intention is of it being ready to commence operation by mid-January 2021.

Of course theres freight coming into the country. Confident this will be in Nottingham by end of next week. A few weeks to install and commission the line. Some test runs, staff training etc... good to go by mid-Jan.

It was available for collection on the 24th, so it may or may not have been picked up yet. We're not sure how its getting to Nottingham either. If they used a UK firm, one would assume they have to cross the channel into Europe (unless they were already over there) so may be affected by delays. May be a Spanish firm. Maybe an unaccompanied trailer (Spanish firm moves trailer from factory to port, UK firm picks up trailer on this side on channel). I'm confident it will be here before the end of year though, RMS haven't given a fixed date on arrival though (wisely imo with brexit, covid and closed borders)

Total guesswork on your part that GC shares aren't voteable, unless you've seen the contract of course.

'Machine delay'
Machine was delayed a while ago as it it needed modifying for 5 ply masks. It was ready to be collected on the 24th. We haven't heard anything to the contrary yet. Remember that the masks have to come off this production line to be certified. You can't pause the line until certification as you said. The line had to be modified to get certification.

I've no doubt you're invested and took part in the placing. We've all got issues with whats happening with the BoD at the moment. Lets stick to facts and official RNS's rather than start misleading thread titles on no evidence. Lets separate speculation from fact.
